Great salads. I had the Matador and my friend had the Greek salad with chicken. Big portions. The chicken was perfectly done and the dressings on both salads were made in the restaurant. A little Frank’s hot sauce in the Matador made it a great taco salad.

Great selection of classic meals. Most dinners come with your choice of 3 sides (3 sides?! Yes please!). Always friendly service. Love their beer cheddar soup! Have had it two different occasions and it is served sprinkled with popcorn — nice touch!

friendly place in a strip mall in — Southdale — SE Winnipeg. Had the lunch special, choice of 2 soups, both excellent, sandwich (meat as well as cheapie ones) and beverage all for $ 9.50. So a good deal.
Got jealous when viewing an OP plate (other peoples’) of breakfast, available all day. Eggs and bacon with home fries etc looked really good, homemade home fries even at noon.
Staff quite friendly and efficient.
