Caretakers were nice at first. But once you have an issue they do not want to believe you and will not properly investigate the issue. If you go to the agency to alert them of issues they react the same way. It was a nightmare dealing with them. When we broke the lease they wanted to mail our safety deposit. There was no apology for the horrible service. Nothing was fixed, cleaned or replaced before we moved in. Fixtures, such as screens, were claimed to be brand new on all of the windows in the building. However, the suite I was in were ripped all over. They claimed it was from the previous renter. When I looked at the screens on other suites I could see tears and rips in those, so I knew they were lying.
