Organza Market

Was in the area so I dropped into pick up some lunch. I guess I didn’t realize that the Dandelion Eatery is not really there anymore. There’s this coffee, juice bar, prepared food area in it’s place. There was a soup station with some sandwiches and salads to pick up and go. The items looked really good and there are tables available if you want to dine in casually but you have to pay first.
I got a cavenda nuda («naked oats») salad for $ 4.75 and this roll that was filled with sauerkraut and onions for $ 0.75. All vegetarian lunch and dang was it good. I really loved that lovely soft whole wheat bun that was filled wtih sauerkraut and onions — how brilliant is that? The cavena nuda salad was pretty good and filling.
Service sucks here there… it’s like everyone is anemic from being vegan or something cause it was like they were all moving in slow motion or they just weren’t as attentive. The cashier gal was soooo slow… I mean there was a line up of 5 people and each person had about 3 – 5 items only, I mean at any other grocery store they would have scanned you through so quickly or maybe even open up another line. But no, this other staff member was price checking and should have seen the line up but didn’t try to help.
But at least the prepared food was good.
