Food was good, with reasonable wait time, and I liked the amber beer on tap. What we found unpleasant was the dress of the female staff. Why does management insist on sexualizing their staff like that, putting them at risk of unwanted ‘attention’? Seems this is a current trend because next day my partner noticed this article – which mentions Moxie’s – questioning whether the dress code represented a gender based rights violation. Here’s the article:

Order a burger and it wasn’t the right one. Send that one back and I received not only a compliment salad but also a discount on my meal, neither that I ask for. Impressive Service and tasty food! Will return here! Thank you Vanessa and the manager tonight for being so attentive.

You’ve been to one Moxies, you’ve pretty much been to them all. That said, this specific location was good. No issues with the food or the service.

Moxie’s is a go-to whenever I’m home. This restaurant serves American, Chinese, Mexican, Japanese-infused menu items. You can order items such as seared ahi tuna salads or chipotle chicken quesadillas. This restaurant has a very classy, upscale look to it and prices reflect the upscale motif. Dishes usually run about $ 15 – 25 a piece. The fish tacos weren’t amazing but they were satisfying. The grilled halibut had a nice seasoning and the coleslaw relish did compliment the fish. There was added guacamole that enhanced the tacos. Other items I am a fan of at this restaurant are: med bread, chicken souvlaki and clubhouse sandwich. Service is always great and they’re really on top of refills!

This restaurant is top-notch that belongs in only the fanciest places. The food was delicious, service was quick and friendly, and the place was beautiful. With such good food comes high prices right? Not with Moxie’s. The price is nice for the food which is a certain plus. Overall
