What can i say for the basic «wood» related stuff these guys are good. I compare prices and for the most part they are plus or minus a few $ vs other places you can get the same thing. Some of the stuff they sell is a little junky but that is not what I am there. A nice and informed staff with (mostly) good stuff at an good price what more can you want. I will be back their this week.

This place is amazing. Not only do they have any sort of tool you might need for that home project you have on the go. They have kitchen tools, gardening tools and lots of useful things you would never think you even need until you see it.

Lee Valley is on of the places I must visit when I return to Manitoba.
I used to mail order from these folks when they were only in Toronto. The new Winnipeg store placed this greatness much closer — but then I moved and I can only buy from these guys every so often.
They started as the best woodworking tool store out there and their planes set a new standard in the field. But in the last 5 years they have moved into gardening and more. If you just wander around the store or check out their catalogues, I am sure they have a solution to a problem you are currently trying to sort.
