Not impressed with their costumer service or food quality. We found a staple cooked inside of the toppings. We’re never ordering from jumbos pizza ever again.

Although I have enjoyed their pizza, and found it to be tasty and fairly generous with the toppings, I disapprove of Jumbo Pizza’s dishonesty in pricing. As far as I can tell, from having made separate orders over time, and also from having checked on a couple of other occasions, this dishonesty seems to be a part of their standard operating procedures. I refuse to order any longer from them because of this. At the time of writing this, their 2 large 14″ pizza special is listed as $ 28.99, which with 5% GST and 8% PST, comes out to $ 32.76. Elsewhere on the same page it says«Free City-Wide Delivery!» However, Jumbo Pizza will actually charge you $ 35.00 for this order, which is $ 2.24 more. A similar thing happens if you order the 3 large 14″ pizza special. It is listed at $ 32.99, which is $ 37.27 with tax. Here they charge a flat $ 40.00, which is $ 2.72 more. In both cases Jumbo Pizza has rounded up to the nearest multuple of $ 5.00, which I believe is unethical. This is unfortunate for me, because if they had consistency between what they advertise and what they charge, I would still like to order from them.
