My husband took my old leather jacket here for re-​lining. While most of the work was well done, she failed to re-​line one of the pockets, and now, in order to do so, I’ll need to have part of the new lining taken out and then re-​sewn. Also, the jacket had a couple of places that really could have benefitted from some reinforced stitching — the kind of work that is easy to do while the lining is out of the jacket. Bummed that she missed these simple opportunities to turn a ok job into a great one, and bummed that this job will only last as long as the lining of the pocket she missed. Overall, not sure if recommend for this type of work.

Every time I need something done Hat has never let me down. You’ll always get speedy, quality services at a great price. Beyond those reasons I keep coming back along with so many others because Hat is honestly just a wonderful lady. Enough said.
