Had lunch here. Food barely passed OK. Service was terrible, and they don’t even have a bathroom. They are not doing anything for customers. I am not going back.

The worst macarons I have ever experienced. These are an insult to French macarons. Short bread was also not very impressive.

Goodies, goodies, goodies everywhere. This place is awesome with so many treats that you have trouble picking out something. We bought an assortment of all different kinds so we could sample a bunch of them. They were all delicious and priced reasonable. We will go back on our next trip here.

Goodies is such a great hidden gem! They have almost every kind of dessert you can imagine and also have them available in mini/individual portions as Well. You can’t help drooling over all the desserts they have and definitely can’t resist the temptation of bringing at least one home with you. My other favorite items are the individual pizzas and quiches. I like buying to take for lunches or a quick meal at home.

We get our chocolate cakes here for birthdays and they are always a hit. I got an apple pie here last week and it was really good. It was pretty big and cost 12 bucks. It was cheaper than Superstore. They have great gelato here. You can get a scoop or go to the back of the store and buy a container. This is a regular stop for us for the gelato. They sell tons of good looking tarts and sweets. They also have coffee and espresso and a couple of seats where you can sit. They sell little kitchen utensils too. You can’t go wrong here for the chocolate cakes or the gelato.

The desserts aren’t spectacular but they are good. Goodies is known to supply desserts to many restaurants in the city. The shop has a large glass case showcasing many choices of whole cakes, mini desserts and savoury items like cooked quiches and pastas. The one thing I really like about this place is the variety of desserts available in miniature(individual) sizes. Instead of getting a slice of a cake, you can get a mini version of the real thing for about $ 3-$ 5 a piece. There aren’t a lot of dessert places in the city so this is a good place when you need to pick up a number of desserts like mini cheesecakes, chocolate cakes, chocolate mousse, fruit tart, tiramsu, cannoli etc. The chocolate bombe and the lemon chiffon cakes are pretty good.
