Azalea Chinese Restaurant

If I have six stars I’ll give it a six. Without doubt, this is my all time favorite chinese restaurant in Winnipeg. I have my wedding catering, friends gathering and random chinese food crave all done in this restaurant.
To start off, their menu has westerner choice and local chinese choice. The chief/​owner has been serving chinese food even back in china, he knows what he is doing.
They use great quality of oil and food to serve, u can tell once you eat. Their kitchen door is open, u know they take good care of their kitchen and clean.
My favorite dishes are :
1/​stir-​fried eggplants (best in my life, even compare to other city and country)
2/​stir-​fried beef/​lamb with onion
3/​traditional dong bei «Guo bao rou» (like sweet and sour pock but much more delicious, lots more difficult to cook)
4/​ground pork with green bean (little spicy)
I mean anything is really good there, they are just my favorite.
Delivery is little tricky u are best to arrange ahead or order it through skipthedish.
All in all, azalea is my absolute love.
I just wish they have bubble tea, but their smoothie is still epic.
