This place is horrible! I would not recommend this spa to anyone. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a service orientated organization cannot run their front desk properly and as a client we are forced to wait without even being told how long it will be. It truly baffles me with the amount of competition that spas would have that they do not stand for superior customer service. I bought my sister a gift card and we were waiting for our appointments for 15 minutes without an acknowledgement to say that they are running behind. To me this is 100% unacceptable — how much longer we would have waited we will never know because the«professional» staff could not even bother to say it would be another xx amount of minutes. Further to that when I called the«manager» to complain I was not given a phone call back so when I called back to follow up several hours afterwards the«manager» picked up the phone and said«oh yes, it’s me we are told to screen calls.» They should be embarrassed at their customer service — it truly is comical to me how they would call themselves a service organization. Further to that as a solution we were offered free services for our troubles and turned them down. I wouldn’t even waste my time at this place for free. I have told at least 50 people about how horrible an experience I had with Refresh Day Spa and they are my new«horror story» I am not surprised that they constantly have their Groupon deals running as they certainly do not attract business with customer service!

Went to Refresh Day Spa to get my legs, eyebrows and lip waxed. The spa itself is lovely, very clean(so important!), well decorated and comfortable. Stephanie was very professional, pleasant, had helpful advice for posttreatment care and the treatment I received was great! I was very happy with the service I received, and have already booked an appointment for another service there.
