Lack of professionalism and would not recommend. Signed up for 1 hour in car practice and renting the car for the G2 test. Had the in car with the owner. During our 1 hour, instructor has to drop off his phone off takes 10 minutes. I paid for the 1 hour in car, couldn’t you do this another time? Go to the drive test centre, and unfortunately there’s a delay with the testers which we weren’t told. The test is delayed by 45 minutes, we wait, not anyone’s fault, things happen. What’s unprofessional is when the instructor can’t wait, is about to leave AND won’t return the money for the car rental fees, saying he waited for an hour that’s not his problem. I had to beg him to get only $ 25 of the $ 40 fee back. He leaves, and by the time my delayed in car exam arrives and I have to call my mom to send in her car. You cannot do this when running a business, shit happens but you as a service provider have to adapt to situations to provide quality customer service to the customer. If you provide quality customer service regardless of situations like these, you’ll retain a customer like me for future endeavours. There are plenty of things you could do to when this happens, i.e. call one of your other instructors to pick up your student. Would not recommend this to anyone.
