Christie Point Apts. is now under the management of Realstar. The place has never looked worse. 4 gardeners and 1 cleaner are gone so they can run «lean and Mean».
The apt. manager who does maintenance is over his head. They want to re-​rent at higher prices, so they don’t care what you think.
These apts are over 50 years old and are built like summer cottages, single glazed windows, archaic electrical and plumbing, etc.
Mysterious charges keep popping up. Find somewhere else. Their pet friendly deal is also going away.
