The staff here are more often rude than not.
I’ve been going here with my mum for years for various fabrics, and rarely have I had a positive experience. The past few times we have been in, a young girl has ‘helped’ us and has been quite rude each time. Today when we were in, my mum tried to move some fabric we were buying to make it a bit easier for the girl to cut. She snapped at her, «DON’T do that please.» To which my mum was quite taken aback and said she was sorry she was just trying to help — she actually didn’t even get that sentence out before the girl snapped at her again «Just DON’T.» and then nervously laughed. Sheesh lady! Take a chill pill. If you feel like being snarled at while trying to buy a baby quilt, this place is for you!
