Signature Spa

My friend and I returned for a complimentary facial this past Friday and it was as good as the last one. I would like to do Signature Spa justice by saying that the misunderstanding from my previous visit was in no way a true reflection of their staff or their professional services. I must commend Signature Spa in their effort to make amends. Even in my last review, I did mention that the facial and massage themselves were great and my aesthetician, Alina, was wonderful. Miscommunication will sometimes occur and I believe my previous mishap with them was a unique scenario.
Our aestheticians for this visit were Jana and Gema. They were both really professional and polite during our entire facial. The facial massage was my personal favourite. It was so good I almost fell asleep. Jana applied just the right amount of pressure at the right spots. She also asked me to let her know if she was applying too much pressure or if I felt uncomfortable at any point. Very attentive service. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only suggestion I have for Signature Spa is maybe having more hooks or a table in the room for jackets and bags.

I learned about this place through groupon. After some research I purchased! I was so pleased with their service to customers and the high level of professionalism. The lady who did my massage was attentive to all of my needs and did not waste any time. She explained that the second she places her hands on me is when she turns the timer on. After the massage i came out amazed and felt like a new person. The décor is very pretty inside too. I highly recommend others to try this place. The workers are very knowledgeable!

I went to Signature Spa without an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that I could start my facial immediately. My esthetician Katie, was extremely kind to me and very knowledgeable when I asked questions about facial products and what I should do to prevent future break outs. The facial I got was amazing and I could see immediate results. I would definitely recommend this place and they should definitely request for Katie :)

This spa was a provided comforting experience. I was hesitant towards getting a massage as I was constantly pressured by my friend to get one. After receiving the tremendous service, I will definitely be getting more massages. The service was catered with a welcoming team as well as tea. I am going to go a few more times to ensure quality of service and would one day purchase their massage package. Great place for massage.

After an unacceptable service on my last purchased of Groupon for 30mins hot stone and 25mins basic facial at $ 29 at the spa, I received a couple sincere phone calls for my horrified experience. I was asked to give a second chance of trying a free facial treatment which is so much better and professional. Hopefully they will keep it up.

I heard about this «spa» through Groupon & decided to go for a 1 hour facial. My appointment was for 2:30pm & i arrived at 2:30 on the dot. I was told to sit down & wait a couple minutes till the girl was ready. I was sitting waiting when the worker came out to the front and told the «manager» something who then proceeded to tell me itll b another couple minutes & to please fill out this form. This place books customer after customer so theyre always frantic trying to mske every1 happy when they’re overbooked cause god forbid they should tell some1 they’re fully booked and lose that custy & money. At 2:43pm i was brought into a tiny room undressed & sat there in my boxers till 3:03pm when the worker was finally ready to begin. They sold me on a half hour massage before my hour facial. The massage started at 3:05 & went till 3:25 w/​the girl leaving the room mutliple times for minutes at a time. The massage was crap. Oil, forearms, and elbows. Now the facial for a hour from 3:30 — 4:30…Wrong! After 25 minutes of bs on my face she says «ok we done, 1 hour (in an asian accent). I said omg that was a hour what time is it. She shows me her phone & its 3:59! I was like wtf. I said its been 25 minutes and u left the room for 3 minutes twice in between! Keep in mind im paying for a 1 hour facial!!! I told her 3 – 330 massage and 330 – 430 facial. And the manager OPENED the door without knocking telling her to hurry up she has an appt at 4pm! So they booked some1 for 4pm and tried to get rid of me to go to the next custy. I explained the timing and she said oh oh im sorry yes yes 430 430 (in asian accent). She then massaged my arms and shoulders till 4:13pm & said ok all done, cause keep in mind there’s another lady waiting for her manicure which was supposed to start at 4pm. I was like wtf is going on in this dump. R they playing me like an idiot cause they think im a guy therefore i dont know what facials r & how long they r supposed to be? Or cause im new and wont say anything. Anyways i got dressed (with tissue particals all over my face cause they dont use pads to remove lotions from ur face they use tissues that you wipe ur ass with) went to the front to pay & looked over & saw that already my massage lady was doing a manicure on some1 else! Like what’s going on here. Fuck me over so u can goto the next person. I complained to the manager at the front desk and she was like oh im so sorry its ur workers fault not mine. She actually said that. She completely threw her coworker under the bus. She kept apologizing & gave me a discount & a voucher for next time. No not a free voucher… $ 25 off. So basically next time (which there won’t be) they’ll charge me double then deduct the $ 25 & we’ll be at the proper price of what they charge every1 else. Save ur money & go somewhere else. Over here i was put in a room the size of a ford focus with dirty walls told to undress and a hour later i was more stressed than when i came in the place. Avoid this place! Oh wait the one pro is good parking and lots of stores all around. Enjoy ur facials everyone… at another spa

It was horrible. My husband and I booked a 90min couple’s massage which should be around $ 200. We got there before our 3pm appointment, and we waited until 330pm for our turn. We even double checked with the lady at concierge that the pricing for the massage should be around $ 200(I forgot the exact price). The whole massage was just OK. When my husband and I got out to pay, the lady told us our total comes up to more than $ 300. She said because the masseuse were RMT, thats why its expensive. BUT WE DIDN’T REQUEST FOR RMT AT ALL. AND WE WEREN’T INFORMED ON THAT NEITHER. My husband and I didn’t want to spend time to argue with them, so we paid more than $ 300+tips and left unhappily. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. ALL THEY WANT IS TO MAKE AS MUCH PROFIT AS POSSIBLE.

I had a groupon deal which is why I wanted to try this local spa.
My appointment was at 10am which I arrived at 9:45am but the girls didn’t arrive to work until 9:54am and had trouble turning on lights and setting up. At 10:16am I finally entered the room (which is decent as is the set up out front and washrooms) and the esthetician said the treatment would be an hour. She was very nice and accommodated my pregnancy with extra pillows but snuck in an upgrade of a ½hr massage without disclosing price or consent– which I thought was for the included massage (which was only a cheap 10 min of oiling up my neck). So when I went to pay the tax and tip it was a lot more than what I expected but she felt she explained herself well and tried to push the packages 10 massage/​facials for $ 420 on me. So if u go with a groupon be cautious of upgrades, otherwise it wasn’t a bad place for facials but not for non RMT massage.

I’m pretty sure I was their first customer and have been a regular since. They’ve always been on time and courteous. I typically buy a package of 5 which makes their rates «normal».
They’re open late (til 10pm) which is very convenient for those downtown toronto people that GO Train home (like myself).
I’ve only ever had the massage but when i come in, there’s usually someone getting manicures or pedicures

This place is god awful!!! I purchased a groupon couples massage, my appointment was at 3 pm and I showed up earlier like they requested. At 3:10 they told me it would be a little late because the client before me was 10 minutes late, I said fine.
3:28 they tell me that it will be another 15 minutes and that my husband and I can do couples anymore cause they need to disinfect the room after the previous client!
So I left and contacted groupon, turns out they redeemed my voucher even though I never received a massage. Now I am fighting with groupon for a refund because the spa will not refund
This is a disgusting was to do business!!!
Do not go here!!! EVER
