Having dealt with this shop in the past, when they were downtown, I was surprised to discover that they’ve moved to Vaughan, when I’ve looked them up.
I had a fairly complex request, which involved printing on a one of a kind object — really one shot at success, and if it doesn’t go well — all is lost.
Igor had made sure everything would go right, doing multiple measurements, passes and simulations, ultimately resulting in what I wanted — a great way to make a customer happy :)

I though what could possibly go wrong with printing? Apparently there are some thing that can. We printed our wedding invitations there. At first it seemed fine… Until we got home and discovered that some pages were missing. So we decided to go back and fix it. Big mistake. Second time the guy printed wrong design and the letters were all smudgy and didn’t look good. Unfortunately, we had no more paper to print on so I guess we’ll have to send them as is. Never again!
