this is a multi issue review.
not being able to phone in, i had emailed requesting rates about an oil change. i had emailed them 2 days before my pay day, after hearing NOTHING back, i physically went here on my way home, i was disappointed and understand why the rates are not listed on the website. $ 84 for a full synthetic oil change, which is a huge rip off from where i stand, regardless of coupons.
i left without a satisfaction on both an email basis and personal visit.
i can understand why the two servicemen were just sitting around waiting for customers.
maybe you should answer emails?
maybe you should have pricing on your website?
Oh and bonus points for the sign that’s miss printed at the plaza entrance.

I was really impressed with the service here. Particularly how friendly and helpful they were. I spoke to the adviser there about troubles with my car and he listened, asked questions and gave his advice.
The oil change was quick and efficient, I was offered a newspaper and a bottle of water or energy drink and never even had to leave my car. They also checked my car’s lights and fluid levels.
I would have rated it five stars, but their coupon is written in American English and that is contradictory to their name.
