I ordered a dress, and then wanted to exchange it for another dress. I sent the dress back and have confirmation from the post office that it was delivered and the only email I received back from them was that they did not receive the dress. Now 3 weeks later I am not able to get any response from them and no one answers the phone when I call and no one responds to emails.

This site is a COMPLETE SCAM, I ordered several items, and did not receive them «out of stock» but they NEVER REIMBURSED MY CARD! No one ever answers the phone number or emails! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!! Order num 1869 was never filled nor was my money returned! They stole 353.12 from me!
