Yoga On 7th

Let me preface this review by clearly stating classes here are not for everyone. It is not for people seeking the types of yoga offered at the better marketed, larger chain establishments with crowded classes and mid-​driff baring ladies. It is not for people seeking deep spiritual esoteric teachings. I have been to many yoga establishments and appreciate each establishment for what it offers.
This establishment is best for people seeking a re-​patterning of movement patterns and restoring the body. The teachings can be profound, but it is not for people who can’t sit still or rather reluctant to sit still. I think the lessons here would be extremely helpful for people with trauma (mental and physical) who are ready to do some inner work.
Like minded independent yoga instructors rent this space to hold classes but the establishment itself is very clean and well equipped.
