A cozy small sandwich and crêpe shop along the row of small restaurants on Burrard(near 8th) — my favourite salad spot during work hours(only a 3 min walk across the street) and the closest healthy option! Come here for paninis, sandwiches, salads and smoothies. Homemade, healthy and reasonably priced($), its easy to become a lunch regular here. I get the small chicken, avocado salad(7.35 taxes incl) to-go quite frequently. What’s more? Owners and staff are super warm and friendly too!

yes, pretty strong rating for just a little small coffee/crepes/smoothie place. It’s just that cozy, relaxing atmosphere but there’s only 6 tables here, but quite ‘european’, with its wooden chairs, tables, hardwood flooring, very classical is just the feeling i get. they make some pretty good smoothies, usually blueberry i go for, sometimes i change it up for strawberry/banana, all natural, add honey. Plus their nutella caramel crepes is pretty yummy too. really nice friendly service. nice, big clean washroom! free wifi too. parking challenging here but doable along the side streets & watch out for rush hr restrictions on burrard.

Mo’s is a charming little place — worth a stop in for a coffee, chai or london fog — feels like you’re chillin at grandma’s. There are desserts or crepes to suit your fancy too. I had a triple egg, avocado crêpe with side salad for breakfast one day and it was delish. It’s got a nice calm vibe about it too, relaxing your mind as they replenishing your belly.
