Waste of money!!! Requested Shellac but not sure what I received, it started cracking within a few days. The nail salon I went to for repairs was really stunned and confused. I think they use knock off products.

I have been a regular customer here for 8 years (since it was in the Sinclair Centre) Mai is the fastest and best applier of acrylic nails in the city. If you hate sitting for 90 minutes to get your nails done, this is the place to go — truly awesome for lunchtime manicures.

Great location. Mediocre service. I tried to get shellac cured with LED light, instead of a UV lamp. The salon only had UV lamps. Also, the application wasn’t even. Although this place is close to my office and would be convenient, it just doesn’t stack up.

They were dead when I went and now I know why. They totally destroyed my nails by using a hard gel instead of the shellac I requested. Now my nails are so weak they painfully bend at the slightest touch. Not only that but the guy there has no idea how to cut nails in a straight line. Mine were all severely crooked even after I tried to have him correct them. Ended up having to file them myself after leaving.

Absolutely appalling. I was given a gift certificate here and ended up going twice to spend it. I will never go back. Shallac manicures are supposed to last two-​three weeks, not two-​three days. First time: the manicurist stood up to do the manicure (shallac), was rough, and clearly in a rush. The polish wasn’t applied evenly and started to peel and flake within two days. Second time wasn’t much better (although she did sit to do the manicure). A ridiculous amount of money to spend for a manicure that was unpleasant to get and only lasted a handful of days.

I think Mai does a great job on my Nails every time I go. She is very nice and proficient. I moved here a year ago, I tried 3 different places and found she was the best. Very convenient for the Coal Harbour area. They last long too.

Upon inspection today I see a large area that she completely missed.
Take a big pass on this place !

Ich war weltweit schon in einigen Nagelstudios, aber dieses gehört mit Abstand zu einem der besten.
Die Mitarbeiter verstehen ihr Handwerk sehr gut. Pediküre und Maniküre werden erstklassig ausgeführt und der aufgetragene Lack hat erst nach über einer Woche an den Fingernägeln angefangen ein bisschen abzusplittern. Das hatte ich bis jetzt noch nie! Normalerweise passiert das bei meine Job nach max. 2 Tagen.
Der Lack an den Füßen hält seit über 1,5 Wochen ohne irgendwelche Abnutztungserscheinungen. Es empfiehlt sich einen Termin zu machen. Das Studio ist gut besucht. Preise eher im oberen Bereich, aber das Geld allemal wert.
Hygienebedingungen sind erstklassig. Alles wird nach Gebrauch direkt wieder hygienisch gereinigt. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, (wie bei manchen Studios), dass das gleiche Equipment ohne Reinigung beim nächsten wieder verwendet wird.
Wirklich ein top Studio. Wer seine Kreuzfahrt von dort aus startet, sollte mal schnell vorher im Studio vorbei schauen. Liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Kreuzfahrpier.
