Wanderlust Luggage Repair

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this location and would not go here. Apparently they are an authorized return center for Victorinox, so I brought my bag in for repairs, along with the original proof of purchase. The shoulder should strap was broken, making the bag unusable as intended. The messenger bag comes with a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately the store refused to honor this, citing «wear and tear.» and refused to do repair the clearly defective part. They also arbitrarily insisted that a lifetime warranty is only good for 5 years. However, it appeared that it was just something they made up on the spot. They did offer to replace the part for $ 75.
I said no thanks, filed a complaint with Victorinox and went somewhere else.

I brought my suitcase in today after seeing great reviews as the handle needed to be fixed. The person attended had a quick look and in less than 5 mins, he had brought back my suitcase with my handle all fixed! Amazing! I will come back here again if I find other issues with my luggage.

The service was great. I needed my handle fixed from one side and the person fixed both sides for the price of 1. It took less than 10 minutes to repair which was great. I would recommend this place.

Very nice staff here. They fixed our Hey’s suitcase wheels under warranty (rare for a Hey’s!!) and did a great job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Amazing. I was leaving for a trip and found the zipper on my bag was broken. They fixed it for next to nothing and had my bag back to me in an hour and a half. I tried several other places and no one would give me the time of day — all wanted several days to fix my bag — and then stumbled onto this place. 5 stars!

After eight years of perfect service my beautiful, hard-​sided Samsonite suitcase came home from a trip to Venice with a five-​inch crack in one corner. I was brokenhearted and decided that it was time for a new bag. I looked for a few months only to discover that a similar quality bag would now cost me $ 600.00! I searched around a bit on Google and discovered that my bag could be repaired. I spotted Wanderlust Luggage Repair on Kingsway in my Google search and I was very impressed to read that they offer a free estimate via email if an image of the damage is submitted via a form on their website. I went ahead and sent a digital photo of the cracked bag and I received a reasonable estimate by email within two days. I took the bag in for repairs this week and picked up the bag today. I am extremely happy with the work provided by the fellows at Wanderlust. My bag is back in perfect form. It is now ready to fly to Buenos Aires.
