Very rude receptionist. After having a bad experience with her, I called back and she put a very loud beep on instead of answering (it was not the fax) so I called a minute later and she answered. She was rude until I asked for her and the owner’s name.
The massage was okay and Dr. Ho was professional and courteous.

DO NOT GO HERE
This place needs to be investigated and/​or shut down. Besides the fact that they have the worst possible service in the world, their «masseuses» are scumbags and perverts.
I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE, until we can get this place shut down, as a Unilocal community we need to spread the word so people stop going here and giving them business.

Bought a groupon to have a 20 min acupuncture treatment. Arrived on time and no one was at receptionist desk until 20 minutes after my schedules time. Very rude receptionist brought me in. Dr Ho was easy to talk to, very professional, and very thorough. They try to get you to pay more for a full treatment not covered by groupon. An extra $ 37. The receptionist was refusing to give me a receipt after the treatment and was incredibly forceful about buying the packages. Very rude. Did not enjoy my experience here. I would rather pay more money for friendlier service and not such a cash grab. My 20 minute appointment was over an hour in the end with all the waiting.

I had a deep tissue massage. I only went because I bought a groupon. I should have read reviews first. I don’t know if the guy who gave me the massage was an RMT! I honestly though he was going to break my ribs. It was the worst «massage» I’ve ever had and I’m pretty sure he hit a nerve. I feel bruised and I’m in more pain now than when I walked in there. Plus he did the massage over the sheet I was covered with. Strange. At the end he did like a shiatsu thing where we like hit my back and shoulders… don’t go there!!!
