The Loft Management continued to prove their non-professionalism. After my 3-star review, they messaged me on Unilocal with the content, «Hello Kanah, We are reaching out with regards to you and your family’s experience at The Loft. We appreciate the feedback and would like to follow up with your message. We have made improvements with the coordinator’s guest service including confirmation with calendar bookings as well additional information which we can forward to guests prior about the venue’s technical services. We would appreciate the opportunity to connect and learn more. At your most convenient time please forward the best way to contact you at . Thank you in advance for your time. Loft Management.» 1 — If you are going to email someone who was not satisfied with your service, please check the spelling of their name. 2 — After I emailed them at the email address they provided. They never responded back. What is the point of you reaching out to me and then never did anything to improve or make up for my experience? 3 — It’s safe to say that as long as the Loft has the same management, they won’t be hearing from me 4 — There will be no recommendation from me for this place from here on out.
