I find it very funny that when you try and get your sunglasses fixed in the 1 year warranty before the year is up. Any record of you is no were to be found The warranty is a complete scam And the rude little man that decided the customer is wrong Has lost this firm my business I have personally spent roughly $ 3500+ in this store over the last couple years But will take my business elsewhere I do not like being lied to about bogus warranties and then given attitude by some little punk that couldn’t even open he store on time Bad move but there are other places one can purchase high end designer sun glasses

Thanks but no thanks. Came in here with my best friend as we wanted a good pair of sunglasses for our eyes and protection, however, the customer service was a bit snotty so we left. Clearly our time and dollars weren’t appreciated here.

I didn’t intend on getting new glasses from the Sunglass Hut, in fact I don’t even know how I ened up there, or on Robson, but I had a great experience. I wandered in after work one day to check out glasses, I was hoping to find inspiration and try a bunch of different styles on. The Selena(I think her name was) who helped me was fan.tas.tic! She pulled out a whole bunch of glasses in all different styles and talked about the pros and cons. Obviously she makes commission, but she made the experience really enjoyable. After trying easily 50 glasses on I was overwhelmed and let her know I needed to come back. She wrote down the model for the two I liked best and sent me on my way. At the time they were having a buy one get one 40% off. If I needed two pairs of sun glasses I would have easily done that there. Anyway, after wandering into a few more stores I was overwhelmed by selection and underwhelmed by staff support so I headed back to get the pair I liked the best. When I went back a couple days later the girl who had helped me wasn’t in but one of the guys was and we chatted and he helped me with my sun glasses. There was something funny with the price tag and I ended up getting almost 100 off them, he couldn’t figure out what had happened so he just let me take the lower price. That made my day. Anyway, worth poking your head in. Sure it’s nothing local, but they sell the same glasses everyone else does and have very competitive prices.

Well, it certainly was never my intention to spend over $ 100 on a pair of sunglasses, but I am off tomorrow to lounge on a beach for a week & my cherished $ 8 Seattle street vendor sunglasses have a gouge in one lens. While I hate to praise a chain, the blow of the price was softened by the knowledgeable and personable staff explaining the Sunglass Hut’s replacement discount — If I break or scratch these expensive lenses within a year I can replace them for half off. So all I have to do is not lose them, and I’m way better at breaking things than losing them, so this should work out in my favour!
