Just came back from visiting this place for the first time. I found it to be unclean and the customer service to range from indifferent to terrible. The nail polish was so goopy it took forever for my nails to dry. The job was so hurried I still have hangnails and the polish is uneven. I don’t need a fancy looking place but I do like to see clean and tidy work stations and pedicure chairs; this place was filthy. The tools didn’t seem to be clean. The massage chair was broken and uncomfortable. The foot bath was freezing cold. Not a fun or relaxing day out. My tech was on her personal phone and didn’t even take the time to properly book a walk-in client. Felt unwelcome and didn’t get any«thank you» or «come again» when I left. I won’t return.

Not very good customer service! They made me feel unwanted and as if it was a pain to book my appointment. I’m not impressed!

I bought 2 coupons on Wag Jag as it was a great deal. Mani/Pedi for $ 25. Couldn’t pass it up. So tried calling on Sunday, no answer. Not open Sunday, answering machine didn’t say that. Left a message on Monday to give new number to reach me. Called about 8:00AM. — got return call at 2:14PM. Was able to make appointment for that night. From the minute I walked in, I felt like I wasn’t wanted. Didn’t get all my toe nails cut, she missed some, so I had to do when I got home. During the nail polish, the girl actually called her husband and had a conversation while doing my Manicure! Not really customer service. My finger nails were not done completely. I have sharp edges and the nail polish bubbled. I am cheap, so will have to go back to use my last coupon, but don’t think I will go back after that. I have had better treatment elsewhere.

First time trying this and I was not satisfied. There were two workers there and one of them was nice but the other one had horrible attitude and I did not see her smile once. I mean, the name of the salon is called Sunshine Nails for crying out loud, give your customers some sunshine! The massage chair was broken but the fml worker did not care to fix it or move my friend to a different chair. She also cut my friend while trimming her nails and she didn’t even apologize. The worker with the crappy attitude made the other worker do all the cleaning while she sat around reading magazines, how inconsiderate! I would not go back, service was terrible!!!

I love this place. I used to go quite regularly until the Fall of ’11 when I moved from Kits. Nice big spa chairs, quick workers, lots of colors to choose from, quick service, and prices that you can’t beat. I’m moving back to Kits next week and I’m looking forward to using this place again. The local nail spa where I’m currently living charges more and they don’t have spa chairs or do base/top coats like Sunshine/Four Seasons Nail spa does.

My friend came here to get some of those fancy fake nails. I don’t know much about that stuff, so I can’t comment on it. I do know my friend likes this place because they work quickly. With the idea of it being a relatively fast stop, I went with her on a day of shopping and errand running. There were 3 ladies in there getting nails done when we got there, but my friend was taken to a table right away. I settled in and dug through the magazines. The other customers cleared out, and it was just me and my friend. One of the nail techs got bored and told me about several of their services, which I kind of blew off. But she said she’d do my nails a solid color and I’d be done right as my friend was finishing up. So I ended up being suckered into it, but it was fun and inexpensive. Now I have a neat dark dark red color for a while(til I bite my nails off!).
