A great addition to the neighbourhood as the volunteers, young people giving to the community, are really friendly and helpful, the prices are good and the clothes are quite nice. I spend more of my shopping dollars here, now, as the quality is good and the store is well-arranged.

Out of all the thrift stores this one is my favorite. Everything is clean, organized and the items are displayed nicely. Very enticing for adoption rather than someone’s junk closet like other stores. Clearly some thought has been put into this to create a more welcoming buyer friendly experience. Although it looks high end don’t be intimidated. I made that mistake a few times and walked by it thinking that it was out of my price range. I was shocked at how reasonable these prices were. I picked up a tea set for a future high tea at my place. Customer service was very friendly.

I highly recommend this store for thrift store lovers and quality name brands. The store itself is always super clean and organized from seasons to colours it’s unbelievable plus they donate I think all the money to children’s hospital. The ladies who work there are all incredibly calm and just pleasant to be around and don’t harass you while your there. They always ask if you need assistance and I’m one of those don’t talk to me while shopping and there completely respectful. The clothes are in such good condition and neatly stocked throughout the store and I’ve never walked out without buying something and the prices are unbelievable! Love this place!

My favorite thrift store in the whole city. Merchandise is high-quality, well-curated, fashionable and in very good condition. Prices are at or below what you’d pay at a Value Village type place but the quality and selection are well above many consignment stores. Some items I’ve found here: Ports sheath dress, near-mint condition($ 20), Hobbs silk fit-and-flare dress($ 30), Teenflo wide-leg linen pants($ 2), brand new Aritzia tops and Club Monaco cashmere scarves for pocket change… I don’t know where they source donations from, but they’re very good at it. New merchandise comes in often. The(volunteer) staff don’t usually interrupt customers, but they offer friendly advice and assistance when needed. In my opinion, this store usually has a particularly strong selection of business casual type blouses, jackets, skirts and dresses. Shoe and accessory selection isn’t as strong but there are still some gems to be found. The store is pleasant, clean, brightly lit and well organized — no musty«thrift store» atmosphere. Change rooms are clean and well-maintained.

This thrift store looks like a boutique, but has rock bottom prices. I almost didn’t go in because I thought it was one of those high end consignment stores, but on closer inspection, it’s just a well looked after charity shop. This store benefits BC Women’s and Children’s hospital, I believe. I got a NWT designer dress for $ 10, but the steal of the day was a brand name jumper for my daughter only $ 2.50! I also noticed a pair of Rocketdog pumps for $ 5 but alas, I need new pumps like a hole in the head so I passed. The staff were very kind and helpful, and didn’t seem annoyed that I dragged my kids with me.
