The staff was ok and the store was clean. But I think Starbucks is overrated. It’s everywhere and hyped way to much. Besides that their drinks are good. If you feel in the mood for a cold drink I suggest you get a frappé.

The weekend staff here is awful and clearly the B… maybe even D-Team. Placed a pretty straight forward order: 3 x Non-Fat Milk London Fogs(one no sugar, the other two one pump) By Starbucks standards this literally should’ve been something they could have put together in their sleep. Instead I had to explain to the Asian girl(neither here nor there, but if management is reading I want them to know who needs the extra training) manning the register my order THREE times. After taking my drinks back to the office — SHESTILLHADGOTTENITWRONG. Only one of the drinks was made with Non-Fat milk, the other two were regular. Am going to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she’s new. Hopefully she’ll read this and work on her attention to detail.

3.5 stars. On a raised platform so good window viewing. smaller location. Tough to find parking here, lots of one way streets with Hornby and Dunsmuir.

Decent amount of space, I tried using the wifi, however, it was shooty. My drink was made how I like it. It’s not rocket science to put a hot water in a cup and add a tea bag.

I went in to this Starbucks today to buy a $ 30 gift card. I was in a hurry and needed to get a friend a quick gift. It was after lunch and waited a minute to be served. I only had a $ 5, $ 20, and a $ 100 bill. They refused to take my new $ 100 bill. The manager said they didn’t have enough change to break my $ 100 bill. So a Starbucks that has a lineup all day can’t provide $ 70 change? Three 20’s and a 10? What a F ing lie! I hate being lied to. This left me so pissed off I have decided to never again step foot in another Starbucks. This won’t be hard as I rarely go in anyways because their soy beverage is loaded with sugar and chemicals. I went and got my friend a café Artigiano gift card. Way better coffee anyways. Goodbye Starbucks!

Maybe it’s because they’ve changed out a bunch of the baristas or because I’m somewhat of a regular now, but I love the staff here now. Aside from the new ones that are still trying to figure out how to deal with the crazy office staff, the rest of the veteran staff are friendly and quick with filling orders. I still maintain that you should avoid the morning and mid-afternoon rush though!

Holy attitude! I realize that it’s the peak of coffee mayhem at around 9am but still though. The woman working the cash was rude and the breakfast sandwich that I ordered tasted like cardboard. Do I regret going here instead of the Steamroller Burrito next door? Yes.

ahh… I really appreciate that this Starbucks that has decent seating areas. Some facing the streets along the glass walls, but with a heater just under the stool to keep you cozy. Also it is indoor for me to run in and through the mall to get to it or the Tim Hortons beside it, how convenient!

Reviewing a Starbucks? Why? They have great staff who always try to get your order to you quickly. They have excellent customer service and actually look happy too. When I need to pop out to grab some food or coffee, I can count on speed and smiles here. Just try to avoid visiting between 9:00AM-9:45AM. Starbucks traffic jam!

Busy Starbucks, but convenient and quick on the service due to the high volume. More seating is required, don’t expect to find large couches, the wooden furniture at this one makes it for a quick meeting then move on… no lounging around here. The Law needs to return as it’s the closest Starbucks to where I work…
