I like going to this place. The TCM doc is very knowledgeable and calm, he doesn’t push anything on you. The receptionist, Amy, is definitely abrasive and salesy but I don’t take offence.
I had some things going on with my gut and butt and this seems to clear up the problems really well without having to take pharma. I find it clean and hygienic, I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about.

I went for a treatment here because I had paid for one with a groupon. What an awful experience. The woman that I met here was rude and started shouting at me when she was describing a competing business that she thought was unprofessional. This lady wrote the book on being «unprofessional! I asked her to stop shouting, and she apologized and said that she just gets really mad about the «other» place. The room I was placed in was dirty and the lubricating spatulas are recycled. This place should be shut down in my opinion.

It was my first time, so obviously I was a little «hesitant» about the service. Very impressed with how knowledgeable they are. They took the time to explain the whole process and benefits for me and I right away felt «at ease». I felt even more «at ease» after the treatment though:), very fresh and clean and as if I lost 10 lbs. Once you know the feeling, you’ll definitely keep coming.

If I could give them a zero I would. Rude, unprofessional customer service, place does not seem hygienic. Pay a little more somewhere else, you will be way more satisfied!

I can attest to the other review here of one stars.
I called to enquire about their promotion and wanted to leave a message. She said, «MY GOD DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS?»
Well, yes. That’s why you are supposed to have a business line with an answering machine.
Needless to say, I won’t be visiting them for more unfounded scolding.

This is a great place to go if your intestines are completely free of any sh**t.
If not… you will be scolded for «making a mess». When they get you to stick a tube that shoots water up your ass what do they expect?
Also their pricing is quite variable, depending on what sheet of paper you are looking at. Why put both sheets on the counter if you are only honouring one pricing system?
I won’t be going back.
Not even sure if colonic irrigation is so great for you but I only did one session.
