Saw this while walking downtown Vancouver. Great service(very friendly) and they prepare their food very nicely, not rushed and take their time. My husband enjoyed the Butter Chicken. They were featured on Food Network and the video plays in the back on a flatscreen.

What a rip off at the Dine Out Vancouver Food Truck fest at the VAG-paid $ 8 for a miniature butter chicken naan wrap. When I asked if they had a larger size was told that they only do one size for festivals-nice scam. They really should advertise CLEARLY on the sign that it is only the small size, this is not a meal. Food was only ok.

The quality seems to be a bit inconsistent… been there a few times, and the naan wraps are very good before/during the lunch rush, but tend to be mediocre later. The staff are always friendly though. I keep going back, but try to go before noon, if possible.

Went here for lunch yesterday had the butter chicken wrap. It was delicious. Fresh naan just the way I like it, fresh veggies and a sweet sauce that they put on it. The gentleman serving me was friendly. They are so good I wished I had ordered the larger one. Great job guys keep it up!

Let’s keep it short and sweet, this is the best food cart in the city

Tried a new appetizer they released for the food cart fest. It was a bite-sized bowl filled with potato, chickpea, onion, tamarind sauce with a savory and sour water on top. It was strange and slightly fishy even though it was apparently vegetarian.

One of my favourite food carts in Vancouver! Simply flavourful and delicious fresh naan wraps. Every bite is delicious and I know I can never go wrong here. I particularly like the Hariali Chicken. Friendly. Fresh. Fabulous.

Delicious naan made fresh at the food kart. The owner is originally from Birmingham, so the delicacies served here already have quite a reputation in the UK. Their butter chicken is not as flavorful and as tender as in other places but dors taste quite alright in combination with the fresh naan.

I love visiting Soho road for the mixed veggie sabji, it’s fresh and delicious with the soft warm naan. A fantastic veggie option! Best of all, the friendliest service that always has me walking away with a big smile.

I saw them on Eat St. and I was excited they were at the food truck festival. I ordered the lamb wrap. Although I got the sauce on my white pants, it was a delicious lunch.

This place was great. Freshly cooked Naan(yes, from dough, in the truck) and delicious ingredients make for an awesome tasting lunch. Instead of hot sauce, they dice up a pepper on the spot and sprinkle the pieces in the wrap. Great idea! One gripe is that for the price I did not feel very full from a large. I’m a big guy though, so don’t let that scare you off from a delicious meal!

Great quick lunch on the go. We got Hariali kabob sandwiches the first time and the tandoori sandwich our second stop. They’re well done sandwiches with generous veggie toppings and delicious warm bread.

AUTHENTIC. FRESH. WELLLOCATED. Whammy butter chicken and amazing naam bread. The rice is purfectly cooked. Every single time. On Georgia St at the corner of Granville st. next to Pacific center. Craving for a butter chicken and naam bread? This is the place to go for a quick lunch. A must try.

Danger! Delicious masala lamb location! So-o-o-o good tasting at the Food Cart Unilocal!preview today — I will be downtown stuffing up on lamb masala and the wonderful mango lassi very soon. I’ve walked past the cart many times, sniffing the wondrous spicy aromas emanating from Soho Road. These guys are super friendly, just plain nice, and proud of their food. All the sauces are made from scratch, along with the yogurt. Gotta love this effort. Summer’s here and the lamb awaits!

You have a variety of options to choose from for the Naan Kebabs including Vegetarian and Chicken options. Flavours include butter chicken, tandoori chicken, harialic chicken, llamb seekh, and mixed veg sabi. I ordered a Tandoori Butter Chicken Wrap. received my wrap almost immediately after I ordered it. The naan bread was warm, soft and doughy. There were quite a few kebab pieces in the warp. The butter chicken was moist and juicy. The charring naan was a nice contrast to the butter chicken. Throw in some fresh cucumbers, and onion, and you’ve got yourself a textural delight! Oh, and this food truck was featured on the food network’s Eat Street.

Another top-notch food cart in downtown Vancouver. They’re usually located just outside the Vancouver City Centre Canada Line station, so I get to smell their delicious kebabs when I head home from work fairly often in the week. Soho Road cooks their naan wrap in their tandoori oven, giving every naan an amazing char. This sets them apart from a lot of kebab and wrap places around the area — simply amazing flavour! I’ve had their lamb kebab a while back, and the lamb is stunning. More recently, though, I had their Hariali Chicken kebab which is their(now not so) new addition and was featured on Eat St. This chicken kebab is marinated in a delicious mint basil sauce and then grilled to perfection. Just making the comparison to Mangal Kiss, which is another wrap food cart within the vicinity, the wraps at Soho Road have much more meat than Mangal Kiss. One of the main complaints I had for the wraps from Mangal Kiss was that I could barely taste the meat in their wraps. No so here — you can taste the delicious flavours from Soho Road’s kebab wrap clearly. In contrast to Mangal Kiss’ wrap though, I didn’t feel as full from Soho Road’s kebab wrap. Both are good and both are worth trying out! If you like lamb, I highly recommend you try their kebab!

Love this place! I’ve been 2x and already the guy recognizes me. I walked past their truck the other day(didn’t stop that particular time) and he gave me a friendly, «I know you!» nod. Maybe he gives that nod to all the ladies??? Who knows & who cares! It made me feel like a super star! Menu is simple & straight forward, which I personally appreciate. $ 6 half order. $ 10 full order. The half order left me feeling a bit hungry. The full order was quite large and I was unable to finish. So while $ 10 is not exactly cheap… you *are* getting some bang for your buck here. Service is SUPER friendly! Warm, welcoming, funny. Really cool folks. Word of advice: Expect a 15 minute wait at lunch time. They are doing their best to pump out delicious, fresh, quality product. and it’s understandable that that takes a little bit of time. Because of that, this may not be the place to go if you’re in a huge noon-hour rush. If you like spice, like me, ask for it ‘spicy’. They’ll kick it up a notch for ya. Enjoy!

Dramatically overpriced. I’m giving it 2 stars because I thought it was fresh and tasted good(I had butter chicken wrap) but for $ 10?! It came with no sides and was not all that big(for the«full size). I totally get that foodcarts trying to do the quality ingredients cost more, but the value is just not there. A small side of basically anything could have bumped this up, or cutting this to $ 6,. no higher.

I had a bite of the Lamb Seekh. It was a bit dry, but the part with the vegetables and yogurt sauce was good! The naan was nice and chewy as well. But $ 14 for the full size… I guess Mangal Kiss wasn’t that expensive, after all. Meat isn’t my main concern, so I prefer their volume of pickled vegetables.
