Called to ask about a small move. Person who picked up was not the brightest guy and got frustrated after I asked a few questions. I abruptly hung up after he gave me that attitude. Good signal not to trust these guys with your valuables.

In a nutshell: Rude and unaccommodating. Don’t know how well they move items, but I’d take my business elsewhere.
Their website fees are inaccurate; flat rates are not honored. ($ 80 flat fee for small move in East Van/​Kits/​downtown is advertised on the website, whereas when I called, the person on the phone said $ 120 minimum and denied that there was a different source of information. In addition, he kept interrupting and refused to listen to a complete sentence while I tried to explain the conflict of information he was giving me vs. the website, so much so that I wound up hanging up instead of trying to get a word in edgewise.
