We had an outstanding experience with Simon as we sought our first home. We received a very positive referral to Simon, and he surpassed expectations. His strong knowledge of the city/​Lower Mainland, the market, and other realtors was evident from our first meeting, when he did a thorough job of walking us through our key points to understand our needs. Once we plunged into looking in earnest, he was exceedingly quick in correspondence and setting up viewings, and he pointed us to excellent listings. I feel that he really shone when it came time to make an offer. Simon kindly and expertly guided us into position to be as well prepared as possible so that our offer would be the most compelling in this tough sellers’ market — and it was. We are so thrilled to be moving into our first home, and we are so grateful to Simon for all his excellent guidance. We are relatively new to real estate, but we shared Simon’s advice with trusted expert friends, and they too were impressed by the calibre of Simon’s knowledge and guidance.
The only down side to our successful bid is that I’m disappointed we won’t get to spend more time with Simon! He’s a true pleasure to be around as well as an outstanding realtor.
