I’ve been here a few times and have spent a lot over the years. I don’t even want to think about how much I’ve been ripped off. I put off writing this review because it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth every time I think of them. I hope this helps other people who want trustworthy mechanics.

Long story:
I initially came here for an oil change because I can’t afford to take a day off just to take my car into the dealership for a simple thing. I took it in another time because there was a noise and there was a new guy at the front (Alan). I wanted to make sure everything was okay before I took a road trip. Turned out I had to replace a big part ($ 1500) — a bar above the the front wheels and the noise was coming from the joint above one wheel.
The noise did go away but I felt something was off because my steering wheel wasn’t as stable. I had to take it back because the noise had come back and I also explained that the feel was off. The new part was defective and they installed another bar at their expense. They did tell me that they lost money on both the labour and the part even though there was a life time guarantee.
Months later, I still wasn’t sure about the steering wheel and how the car felt like it had lost the stability. Alan was gone and a younger guy and girl was at the reception. They ran some tests and turned out that after they had replaced the bar, they never made sure my wheels were aligned.
So the instability that I had been concerned about was because the front wheels were tilted at an angle, almost like pigeon-​toed! That wore down my tires and I need to replace them. I think they gave me a slightly better discount but still, I couldn’t believe such shotty work. They kept blaming it on Alan who was let go. That was really unprofessional of them and also, Alan was NOT the mechanic.
At the same time, I needed to replace my rear brakes. Those two gave me a quote which was $ 200 more than my dealer so of course, I went back to my dealer for that.
I went back for another oil change and this time, it was Jay, the brother of the initial guy that I had dealt with. He assured me that all the old mechanics have been fired and things have changed. He didn’t charge me for my oil change because of the tires situation. He did give me a quote on my front brakes which he claimed were at about 20%. He quoted me a price of about $ 800 for the job.
I was suspicious and took my car to my dealership who assured me that I had about 2 years left to my brakes and even if I were to replace it, it would be significantly less.
I will definitely go back to my dealership for ALL maintenance.
