A warm, friendly community space on campus. The food isn’t half bad, especially for the price!

Nosh and Nibble came here with Team Food Soc for lunch and I had the following: Hot Curry Pocket($ 2.75) Chickpea Burger($ 3.75) This was a filling meal for under $ 7. The Hot Curry Pocket came with curried potato and onion inside a crunchy and warm samosa shell. This was a generous-sized pocket akin to what you might find at the Delly but fresher(but not cheaper than the Friday afternoon special). The Chickpea Burger was my favourite part of the meal. Being a meaty burger lover, I found the chickpea patty(chickpeas, carrot, onions, cornmeal, cumin, coriander, salt) to be a worthy substitute. Chickpea and cornmeal especially are filling ingredients, and mixed in with the almondaise spread made for the creamy experience I enjoy but probably a lot healthier too. Overall this was a very satisfying burger for a very reasonable price. There’s only 4 or 5 items on the rotating menu so you might have to settle for something or risk going back down all those stairs.

While seedlings is a very hard to find place, it’s worth the walk. If you know where koerner alumni building is, it’s the penthouse inside that building. Their food all vegetarian and handmade. Chickpea burger is good(a little dry). Their tea is really yummy. Good place to study and look at the trees.
