This has been my location of choice since it first opened. Before Christmas my husband went in the store to purchase a samsung edge for me the clerk with the British accent was anything but helpful. So today I went into the store and had a East Indian clerk and received very poor service. I am afraid to say the staff are arrogant, unhelpful and really do not know their product. I spent 30 minutes trying to learn about the different devices all of which would have cost me 1K or more only to leave frustrated. I went home and did my research on the internet and ordered from Amazon much cheaper without the hassle of the arrogant and unhelpful store staff.

My phone stopped working after 20 years… yes that phone that has been around with me through thick and thin. I am giving it 4 stars ’cause they worked so hard in the shop to get it up and running or trying. I do need to get a new phone and I will be back in the next week or so to explore those options as needed.

Went in twice and was helped by Ally. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I wanted to change my phone and he helped me through the process very efficiently.

I went to there on April 3rd to buy a new phone. After waiting for 15 minutes an employee from the backroom came and said two sales people haven’t even showed up for their shift yet! And they didn’t call the store either! She then looked for the cell phone that I requested and told me that they should order it because they don’t have it in the store, and it takes 2 business days and they will call me later and they didn’t. Besides this fact that I’m under the contract with them for 5 years!

Graeme at this Rogers location was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I took a senior citizen in to buy a new phone. My friend is a technophobe so Graeme had his work cut out for him. He showed my friend how to use the phone and was patient showing things twice when needed. I would recommend him and this Rogers location. There was ample parking as well. No line up and plenty of staff.

I was referred to this Rogers Plus location after having a horrible experience at a different store. My account had quite a few problems on it, but Ally and Cooper were quick to assess the situation and got in contact with the departments needed to fix my account and to also get my a new iPhone. After months of dealing with another store and getting nowhere, I was pleasantly surprised to receive e-mail updates from the staff about the situation(as I didn’t have a phone), and received my new iPhone before I even needed to pick up the«loaner» phone they had set aside for me. They do get pretty busy during peak times of the day, so you might have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for service, but overall I would definitely recommend going here for your rogers needs.

I’m not a fan Rogers… I really don’t have a concrete reason as to why… but you just never do it for me… maybe it’s the hostile red color of your stores… or the fact that you actually have due dates for rentals… or tha fact that you try to lure me into buying a phone when all I want to do it rent a movie… or maybe it’s that you are much farther from my house them Blockbuster… I’m just not a fan… you don’t make happy… I’m sorry. it’s just the way it is… OH and the handful of times I have been to this location you have been out of the movie I want, your parking lot was full and when my partner inquired about the iphone you were rude… boooo. that’s all…
