My friend and I rented bikes to ride to Stanley park and around the city. Even though we were out for 2.5 hours, we only got charged for 2 hours. He also noticed that my hands were dirty since the chain came off, and decided to take 10% off for the trouble (which it wasn’t, since it took 30 seconds to fix). Would highly recommend to anyone looking to bike around the city.

Rented bikes from here for 2 hours: two electric bikes and one regular. Richard was super nice and helpful throughout. We had a bunch of questions and needed some help with the bikes, and he was great. Price was very fair too. (And we now love electric bikes.)

If you are looking to rent/​buy a bicycle for any reason, come here. I cannot stress how awesome their electric bicycles are and how fantastic Tony is! If I lived in Vancouver, I would already own one of their electric bicycles. As it is, I’m considering the purchase from Los Angeles. Will write a more flushed out review soon, but wanted to get this up as soon as possible!

I love my new electric bike! This store opened near my place and I bought a GREAT bike at a GREAT price and having lots of fun motoring about town. Everyone I dealt with at the store was friendly and helpful. Especially appreciated the extra effort taken to install my basket to keep my pooch safe: O)
