Do not order from Pizza Guys. The pizza is bland and overpriced. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and it didn’t taste like BBQ at all. The chicken was like dark mystery meat. Now I’m afraid I’ll get sick. Oh. And the driver took over an hour getting to my place. Pizza was cold. When I complained, I was told I could get free cheese bread with my next order. WHATNEXTORDER. Worst part is it ruined my Sunday night in with my BF. Wah!

Bought a Groupon a couple years ago. Places that offer Groupons are always hit and miss, but I’ve kept coming back to pay full price. The pizzas are MUCH better than what most of the other Downtown Vancouver joints near the Granville district offer. Just as importantly, the service is really good. I usually pick up, but have had delivery twice now and the pizzas were on-time as promised(even on Saturday nights!).

The pizza was fair, but Taj, the guy doing everything, tried to overcharge us, then forgot to put one of two ingredients on the pizza. I asked about the missing ingredient as it went into the oven(because it didn’t look right) and he assured me that it was right. Frankly, given his inability to understand what I asked for, I doubt he’d do better with any other dishes. The guy felt slimy. I won’t be back. Would not recommend this to others.

The first time we ordered from here it was pretty good. Fresh and on time. The pizza wasn’t super greasy and a good price, compared to getting dominos or Pizza Hut. This time was disappointing, but they made up for it. They missed 2 toppings on one pizza and 1 topping on another. It was 30 min late and was not nearly as good. BUT The guy that owns it called me back(after about an hour) and we get a free medium pizza next time. Good customer service strikes again. Kept our business. Worth it to try. We found early week was better, assuming slower, than later in the week. As far as close to home, decent price pizza… It’s a win. I recommend the garlic fiesta.

tough Unilocalers here. If you’ve had those cheapie joints after stumbling out of the clubs, this one’s actually pretty good b/c at least you can find the pepperonis here lol. And these guys do deliver during daytime! bonus star for that. Plenty of parking on one-way Howe St.

Honestly, the pizza here is WAY better than Megabite, Número uno, etc.(i.e. all of the crappy shacks catering to the drunks of Granville). The pizza is sort of thin-crust Italian style, but with much thicker crust and smaller slices. They’ve got a decent selection of specialty pizzas, toppings, salads and sides, drinks… but it’s not the best pizza I’ve ever had. The garlic bread was actually pretty good, but it was literally just a pizza crust with garlic butter and cheese on it. I’ve always done call in and pick-up, and I’ve never had to wait when I arrive at their estimated time. The place is run by a small number of people, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been really friendly. I think they’re making a significant effort to impress their potential customers, besides the fact that the location is pretty low-traffic and it’s not the most attractive looking pizza place I’ve seen. The main problem? It’s just too expensive for me to want to ever order it($ 20+tax for a 16″ pizza). Unfortunately I don’t think I’d ever come here without the groupon deal.

Personally I’m a flying wedge fan, I bought the $ 15 groupon and so had to use it! The pizza itself was fine, what I’d expect from that kind of joint really, what was frustrating is that they charged tax on top and it wasn’t advertised– maybe I’m blonde to not know this but I think it should have been clearer, so the meal was like a $ 32 meal(not worth it!), so, even though I paid groupon $ 15 I still had to pay them $ 3 for tax(don’t even think about doing delivery! like $ 7? what?- but again that’s with the groupon…) I also asked for pineapple on my pizza which I didn’t get, and didn’t notice until I got home. The cesar salad was again typical of this kind of place, quick in and out, wouldn’t want to pay full price for it though! $ 15 got you a salad, two cans of soda, cheese bread, and a large 3 topping pizza, for the price, sure, worth it, but I wouldn’t go there again unless I was clubbing all night and just wanted something to throw in my stomach. Service is nice enough. Location is handy. It’s really a grab and go place typical of many of those couple dollar slice places around downtown that I’ve seen– though not as good as many! Just kinda bland… granted… I was missing my pineapple: P

I would love to review the pizza but I can only review the service because it never got to my place until after I canceled it. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I live only few blocks away so it only takes a few minutes to get here. The person who took my order said it would be here in 35 mins but after 50 mins, I called to check in and she said that it was just leaving with the delivery guy. I have a hunch the order was not even put in until I called. I called to cancel after 1hr 5mins, then the door rang 10 mins after; I didn’t answer.

This is the worst pizza I’ve had in Vancouver. The pizza is 2 dollars and honestly it tastes like 3 day old pizza, not fresh. Also there is hardly any topping. I tried it twice because I think it is not fair to give a 1 star rating based on one visit(I hate it when Unilocalers do that) and I won’t be going back, Oh I pass by this place all the time and there’s always nobody in there.

I bought a Groupon Now for this place for $ 22. When I got to the restaurant, the owner told me I had to pay an extra $ 5 on top of the Groupon amount, or I could just pay him the $ 22 directly and get a refund from Groupon. What a con artist! Another reviewer on UrbanSpoon experienced the same thing. On another note, the pizza was decent; not bad for the money… but it didn’t come with any dipping sauces. I won’t be returning.

Awful. Just awful. Hard, thin pizza with little to no flavour. I dont expect much from a pizza joint right off the Granville strip, but this was ridiculous. I have been to this place twice. You know, just to be sure.
