OK, it’s franchise pizza so it won’t be original but this place is super clean and the staff always efficient and friendly. Never any problems picking up a good pizza here.

Honestly have ordered 8 times from here and complained twice out of 4 times it was garbage. Pizza was messy missing tons of cheeses and had a couple of random toppings. Called right after opening the box to just get a new one, not credit and they said I am blocked from doing anything. Dont ever order from this location. Only thing that is good is that its hot and early. Pay a little more and maybe people will care about making an overpriced pizza the way its supposed to be. Never oredering from them again and I hope no one else does.

Best location! The manager is always smiling and greets everyone as if you have known each other for years! The pizza is always fresh, and the $ 6 mini ones are adorable! This Panago never fails! A go to pizza place in the area!

Arrived here at 5pm for a Pizza Crab infusion before and evening bicycle ride, I go there to buy Pizza by Slice, I had a Veggie Slice, although a bit on the dry it was tasty and provided the needed energy for the ride. Personally I enjoy pizza with a bit for sauce but in a pinch there quality seems better then average. I enjoy there outside table to eat my slice on. Staff are Nice and will let you bring your bicycle inside the while your picking up your order if its not too busy with customers

Let’s start off with it tastes good. I ordered the chipotle chicken. Delivery is quite fast. They said it’d be 35 minutes and it came in under 20. I ordered only a medium pizza and it came to under $ 20 with tip. Dip is free, delivery is $ 2. My head hurts. I feel nauseous. This happened the first time I ordered from them yet I did it again! I guess I forgot… There’s something insanely artificial about Panago pizza that’s having this effect on me. Maybe there’s some of those crazy poisonous food additives that we read about in there. If you don’t care about eating highly processed food or you don’t get sick from Panago then this is a good option. The chicken is very processed. The crust is very airy but has a nice texture. The cheese is low fat mozzarella(crust too). They claim to be low fat so if that’s your thing then go for it… but if it is, you probably shouldn’t even be ordering pizza because these carbs will add their entire weight to your waistline! I don’t believe there’s anything healthy about Panago. I enjoyed Panoli and Flying Wedge more but these places are also at least $ 10 more expensive for a similar pizza. I will probably never order from them again because of the way I feel after eating their pizza. It’s really a shame because they have a lot going for them. Their customer service is better than average for over-the-phone delivery, the chipotle chicken pizza is tasty(though other pizzas I’ve had by them are not as good) and they’re pretty cheap compared to other pizza shops. If only I didn’t feel sick after eating Panago, I’d order from them again, but because they make me sick I can’t do it. Give them a shot, you might be able to handle it more than I can! Based on other reviews, the chipotle chicken seems to be the one on the menu with the most favourable reviews, so go for that one. I’ve had others and they didn’t impress. Tasty pizza, fast delivery and friendly service, which are all good things I look for! They win every single way other than the quality of their pizza, but if you’re looking for decently affordable pizza, then check them out.

I had the need to order pizza for about 100 people for today. Sigh… I asked around and people recommended Panago for their pre-ordering and on-time delivery for large orders. They said, «It is easy — just call them anytime, book the order and you’ll be set.» Ok! I gave the store a call 2 days ago and was told that they can’t take large orders directly and that I needed to call the call centre. Sigh… Ok, so I called the call centre and waited on hold for about 15 minutes. Sigh… I asked about bulk order discounts and was told, «That is up to the store, I’ll have to call them.» Sigh… I asked if the telephone operator could call the store while I was on the line, which she agreed to do. Ok! She put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back on the line and said, «The manager isn’t there and won’t be there until tomorrow. You should call back tomorrow morning at 8am and book it then.» Sigh… I asked, «Are you sure the store will be open at 8am?» She replied, «Oh, good point. I will be here at the call centre but since the store doesn’t open until 10:30am the manager won’t be there until then.» Sigh, cry, sigh… I suggested, «Do you think we should just put together the order, and when you confirm the discount with the store you can call me and finalize it?» She said, «Sure!» Ok! I got a voicemail from her yesterday saying, «We’re all set with the discount, just give us a call back to finalize and you’ll be all set.» Ok! I called back fairly quickly and was told, «Oh no, the order that was on hold has been cancelled.» Sigh… So we started the order process again and this time the agent(a different one than the day before) was able to just give the discount right away. Ok! The pizzas arrived almost on time today(just 5 minutes late) and the 100+ people seemed to like them. Ok! About half of the veggie pizzas had a label on the outside that read, «Goat.» which seemed to put off the vegetarians. Duh! Of course it was goat cheese not goat meat. But once we cleared that up they happily consumed them. Ok! Cost of pizza and drinks, including delivery and tip: $ 500 Cost of my time to place the orders: Priceless! Why, oh why, didn’t I ask someone else to place the order? I’m such an idiot. But when push comes to shove the people seemed happy with the variety of toppings and the quality of the pizza, so I guess OK overall.
