I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dry cleaner, or business of any kind here. First time going here, recently moved to the neighborhood. Dropped off a couple sweaters, a shirt and my «everyday» black coat on a Thursday. Come to pick them up on Tuesday and the buckles from the belt and arm buckles are ruined. She has put them through the dry cleaning machine and they are completely chewed up. Another customer comes in and sees that I’m upset and tells me to go to dressew, I can find some new buckles and fix it myself. The woman working there is entirely unhelpful and rude, she blames me for not taking off the belt and arm straps and then tells me my clothing is filthy and that I don’t take care of it so I deserve to have it ruined. She tells me I brought it in chewed up and ruined. I take pictures of it and tried to get her to give me my clothes back. I tell her that it was a 400 $ coat and that I shouldn’t have to pay for clothing that she ruined. She yells at me and told me to call the cops. I go outside to call my boyfriend very very upset and crying. She chases after me laughing and saying«400 $ woman» while taking pictures of me with her camera phone. I am scared that she followed me home because of how completely insane she was acting. My boyfriend ended up going in and paying for the dry cleaning just to get our clothing back. She also made fun of him and how dirty the clothes were. Holy shit.

Came here once to dry clean a dress and blazer for a date. I needed overnight dry cleaning and they provided. Plus they are super close to my home. They have a debit/credit machine and they do a decent job. They’re prices are on par for the west end. So why the three stars? Well they lost a star because when I brought the pieces in the woman sniffed my clothes and commented that they were smelly. I get that, hence the dry cleaning. But I don’t need someone smelling my clothes in front of other people and telling me that I smell. Not the greatest customer service. To add to it, when I came back she again commented in front of other customers«Oh, it’s you! I’ll bring your clothes, they aren’t smelly anymore!» Thanks.

This is a pretty great dry cleaner right in the middle of the West End. They have done a number of my suits and pants. Everything has come out looking great and for a pretty fair price. I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if you live in the West End.

Nestled between high-rise apartments and heritage buildings, this drycleaner is a neighbourhood favourite. On the corner and hard to miss, the store has been there at least 15 years if not more. They do one hour drycleaning and shirt laundry for reasonable cost. If you don’t feel like walking to Denman and dropping off a load there, this is the next best thing. They also offer fluff and fold by the pound and will mend some clothing items if you need it. They are also open on Saturdays and have a flexible holiday schedule.
