Personally I really like foot massage. I used to go to Richmond for my massage and I never knew there’s one so close to where I live. The store has been opened for 8 years, I guess they aren’t doing enough advertising, but they do have a lot of customers. I was actually surprised on how profession their practitioners are. They can always find the exact spot and apply the perfect pressure. The foot massage was just amazing. I strongly recommend this place.

This place is a SCAM. Do not expect to get the $ 29/hr first time special advertised on their board outside… because they make it impossible. When I went to pay, I told them it was my first time. She said no, ‘you have to make appointment’. I said, ‘well I did make an appointment on the phone 30 minutes ago. ‘Yes, but you have to tell us its your first time on the phone’. I asked how I was supposed to know to say this if it was my first time. Then she just ignored me, shoved the bill of $ 47.50(regular price) in front of me and started babbling in Chinese to other Chinese customers. Literally just wouldn’t look at me. Aweful tonight! Came in with my bf to get foot massages. I thought I had actually found my lil gem of a foot massage place, but after tonight’s session I’m appalled at the service. I’ve been here many times all of which has been really good. But tonight’s service from the manager makes me so disappointed. I must say mine was really good. I like jimmy. But my bf got the manager, Tom. Tom was Aweful. He left the in the middle of the service TWICE; was on his phone the entire time(even texted a few times); booked other clients for later this evening; the list goes on… What kind of MANAGER works like that?! Take some pride in your job, or else New feet is gonna go downhill fast.

Avoid this place like the PLAGUE!!! My wife started coming here when this place first opened years ago. Back then, you got a great treatment, the rooms were quiet and the prices were good. Recently I bought her some gift certificates to use. They clearly say on the bottom – Valid One Year From Purchase Date – then a date. She just went to use two of on GC’s and they told her they had already expired! She said that wasn’t possible since she just received them – they said the date WRITTEN on the certificate is the EXPIRATIONDATE! She pointed out the English wording and said this wasn’t what was indicated. They stood firm that both had already expired! Why would they write the expiration date on the GC when it clearly says from date of purchase. Nowhere does it say this is the expiry date!!! Things get worse – she is told since she didn’t tell the person when she booked that she was using a GC, she had two options. Buy a PACKAGE of 10 treatments for $ 290 and they would credit her the cost or pay an additional cost of $ 5 for one GC and $ 12 for the other GC to use them! WTF??? Even though the service was already paid for at full price when the GC was purchased! They are trying to upsell everyone into a package or make you pay a premium on «expired» GC’s that aren’t expired. My wife paid the cash and left vowing to never return and tell everyone she’s referred there never to return also. Major major rip off because they don’t understand the English written on their OWNGC’s!

Amazing foot message with the professional component of reflexology; clean and comfortable, with hard pressure, taking note of sensitive areas that relate to your ailments, without having to tell them. Great price for 50min foot massage, $ 33 if cash, tax added if you pay w card. Walk-ins accommodated right away.

This place is another no-frills cheap Chinese massage place. Hard pressure, and lots of talking(ie — not relaxing). For $ 45, I’d skip it, and try one of the others that are around. They’re cheaper, and you get the same experience.

I’ve been there several times, mainly for the foot reflexology. Starts with a hot water foot bath, then a young Chinese lady rubs my feet. She finds areas that are really painful, that connect to other parts of my body. I can tell her to be gentle in those areas. Price is about $ 40 plus tip. Lasts about 45 minutes.
