My Chocolate Tree

This lady has become my yearly obsession at crafts fairs. She makes the most beautiful and the best artisan chocolates I’ve ever had. Her chocolates are so fresh that even though they look pretty, they need to be eaten within 4 weeks. The sad thing is that she only does this around Christmas time ’cause the rest of the 52 weeks of the year, she is a real-​estate agent. The first real estate agent who is a French trained chocolate truffle maker = awesome. This is my second time purchasing from her and the one of the few things that makes my holiday complete. Last year most of the good stuff sold out even though I arrived on day 1 in the afternoon, therefore, was smart
