Marine Hairstyling has been my regular hairstylist for several years now. Iveta is the full time hairstylist I visit and she has consistently provided outstanding and friendly service.
The prices are very reasonable and the location is convenient. I would highly recommend this establishment for a quality hair cut for men.

Great service, great cut! The ladies know what they are doing, charge a fair price, give a great cut and make you feel comfortable. Definitely you want to book ahead of time as they have quite a few regulars. Oh yeah, bring cash. I paid $ 35 for a wash & full cut and was pleased with the result. I’ve paid more for worse (and less for worse). Will definitely be going back.

Just visiting Vancouver for the week, needed a place to get a quick buzz cut, and this place was perfect. I had browsed around a few other barber shops and they all charged $ 20+ for a simple buzz — I know everything is overpriced in Vancouver, but come on…
It’s a very small but cozy 2-​chair operation in the basement of 355 Burrard. It seems like the two lovely young ladies that were there when I went have the run of the place, and they seems to do a great job. Both cheerful and funny, and they are also running a fundraiser for Chron’s Disease and Colitis — takes guts to do that when you run such a small operation and don’t want to scare away any regulars by asking for a contribution.
For a very thorough buzz and wash, they only charged $ 15. Quite a bargain for downtown Vancouver. While I was there two other guys came in for real hair-​cuts and seemed to be quite happy with what they got, so don’t be put off by the fact that I’m reviewing based on my buzz cut.
Also, I got lucky as a walk-​in — it seems like calling ahead is a good idea considering their two chairs are booked often. Also, cash only.
