La Senza

I only come here for the panties at this and the other locations for the 5 for $ 25 since I like to throw underwear away when I am on holiday so that I bring less laundry back, however, the sizes are inconsistent. What is large in one style is medium in another… sometimes even very small. I feel like M. Carey.

I’ve been frustrated with La Senza lately as the quality of their products seems to have diminished, particularly their lace panties. I purchased several pairs and after a few washes they started to fall apart. My fingers would literally go right through the lace when pulling them off and on. I don’t have long nails and I am not rough with my clothes, they just were cheaply made. I ended up going back to complain to the manager and was told that I couldn’t just return them that I would have to call their head office in Montréal to get authorization to return them and tell them which store I was going to return them to so they could let the store manager know. Though I was returning the panties due to their poor quality, it’s still embarrassing enough to be returning underwear. No one really wants to deal with this staff or customer. They kindly offered me an exchange but as I had been turned off of their lace undies I was hard pressed to find any panties that were not lace or trimmed with lace.
In addition to this, I am small chested (32A) and have found they have few bras in my size. The staff told me they don’t get many smaller sized bras in stock and they sell out right away (hello!) Also I was told that unfortunately more and more styles are not being offered in smaller sizes for some reason. The staff person I spoke with said she too was surprized by this as with Vancouver’s demographic, there are many smaller chested women out there.
In short, I have become very frustrated and disappointed with La Senza. Their products have become cheap both in price and in style, anything that says sexy in large letters across the bum is most definitely NOT sexy. Their offerings for small chested women are diminishing to the point that I am considering shopping elsewhere. We have all had a hard time bra shopping at one time or another, try being told «we don’t cater to specialty sizes». Save your time, money and self-​esteem and buy your bras and panties elsewhere.
