I look forward to my appointments for laser hair removal. She makes it as painless as possible, and always checks to make sure I’m okay. More importantly, she gets rid of the hair without any evidence of laser irritation! I have seen some girls come back from other salons, looking like burn victims. The only evidence is that my hair is disappearing, even after the first session. If that’s not enough, her prices are amazing. I am heavily contemplating doing my whole body. Even getting Groupons after groupons at other places are ridiculously expensive compared to her. Reading back, I sound like I’m marketing her HAHAHA. But really, I was just pleasantly surprised. Her website doesn’t seem as «pretty» compared to other salons, so I was scared she would have outdated equipment or something. Boy, was I wrong

I just did my third session, so far so good! Now that I got to know Irina better, she’s not as hard as others described. We had pretty smooth conversation. She was very patient while she worked on my upper legs: repeating on the same area a couple times, making sure every inch of my skin was covered, and making sure I could tolerate the pain. She also offered groupon price if I were to purchase more sessions, which I think I will! :)

Do not go here! Booked an appointment at 4:45 but arrived at 4:30. They were closed and did not inform me of the cancelation of my appointment. Will not be coming back

Just got laser hair removal done. And even though the procedure was uncomfortable, the owner made me feel welcome. When I get nervous I seem to talk a lot and ask a lot of questions, and Irina answered every question and was very informative.

This is the most terrible place to get an eyebrow tattoo. After the healing process, the shape turns out terrible and not what it was when I first got it done. Also, I asked for the lightest ash shade and it turns out looking like a sharpie. DOESNOTLOOKNATURALATALL. Does not even look like those drawn in eyebrows. just looks like a child with a blind fold attempted to draw on your face. I had to spend a year at another place to get removal+new tattoo. DONOTGOHERE.

I’m extensively tattooed on other parts of my body. I went into the permanent make up application with Victor fairly experienced and very realistic about what my expectations were, what pain threshold is required, how long a tattoo involving the size of an average eyebrow would be. I feel a lot of the comments are slightly unfair and have to do with heightened states of nervousness and a general ignorance about what the tattoo process really is. If you’re afraid, get out. Tattooing is not for the faint of heart and it’s not for anyone who isn’t down to earth about what’s natural and unnatural. I’d like to emphasize a few things. Tattoos, like surgical implants of any kind, are unnatural. What is natural(one can hope) are the indentations and arch of your natural browline. I’m not talking about your brow hairs. I’m talking about your brow ridge, your natural bone structure. Victor did a great job doing very good measurements of my bone structure and the proportions of my face. If you’re a plastic queen or the next MJ looking for something completely unnatural, Victor will do his best to please you as his client but if you come out looking like the joker or a joke, period, you have no one to blame but yourself. Because tattoos are unnatural, they WILL fade. All things in the universe will be brought to a state of equilibrium. Remember what your chemistry teacher taught you in school? Or you geology majors out there? Tattoos WILL fade. Chlorine from tap water and any swimming pool(the arch enemy of all ink), UV light(tanners beware) and many fragranced moisturizers and face washes WILL degrade the tattoo ink over time or change its colour. Do I tan? NO. I wear SPF70 to 100 at all times. I’m currently in Hawaii and I have never gone out with a natural based SPF. I also NEVER go into a chlorinated pool of any kind. Again, I’m tattooed all over my body and I protect my ink. I have ink 10+ years old and people have asked if it was new. I even cover myself in 30 deg C heat with light coverups and thin cardigans. What do I wear on my face? Organic pure coconut oil. Victor charges $ 30 extra for additional touch ups after the initial healing process. That’s what I was told. I never needed a touch up. I found his work very good, very naturally executed and my brows are the exact colour of my natural hair. Every permanent makeup place I’ve gone to(spa and massage centres) has complimented his work. Why did I even opt for this painful, permanent method? I was born with half brows or eyebrows with not enough hair toward the outside arches. I am born with very very little body hair and don’t even need to shave my legs. Thankfully I do have a thick full head of hair! I constantly had to lightly fill my outside ends of my brows with shadow. I didn’t want to do this anymore. My friends and family had no idea I even went to get them done. That is what I wanted. If you’re an A cup looking to get work done and bust out with triple Ds in order to make that the entire focal point of your body, then you should discuss that with Victor. Left to his own devices and at my request which was in line with his work, he made them beautiful and natural, following my natural bone structure and a very natural width. He gave me what my genetics didn’t. I didn’t want epic brown mountain ranges or a fantastic long turd across my forehead. Yes, thick eyebrows are very beautiful too — provided it matches your natural bone structure and hair growth. I’ve seen some really horrendous botched jobs for the permanent make up enthusiasts. Keep in mind, all ‘permanent’ make up is impermanent to a degree and it will fade depending on your lifestyle and each individual body and how it takes or rejects the ink. Please educate yourselves before embarking on something out of your comfort zone or lambasting the company without much understanding of the process and ongoing lifetime care of tattoos in general. The office is off the beaten track in a hidden corner. GPS it or you’ll never find it. It’s in an older building and the clinic is only one small office inside leading to two private closed door rooms where the equipment is kept. Think very small business, mum and pop. You know what? I’m a pretty damn tough cookie and I’ve lived around the world and traveled alone and this place doesn’t scare me. Toughen up, honeys. If you want the Hilton don’t go picking a groupon. Yeah, I know that’s where you checked. Regardless, Victor gets a thumbs up from a very pleased customer. They do have a very mild mannered medium sized dog that seems old and sleeps a lot, sleeps only in the waiting area, not inside the two working rooms where the sterilized machines are. I found the facilities clean, well lit and well organized. I found the couple, Victor and Irena, good people with good hearts. What’s even better is Victor’s work. I don’t care for the other services. I love the work he did on my brows.

My experience was very very painful and at the end there is no evidence of tattoo — it completely disappeared(absolutely nothing left). I did not go back anymore.

I called the owner(there’s only 1 personnel so am guessing she’s the owner as well) regarding the voucher I bought. I have bought 3 so that i can give 1 or 2 to my mom. She used one and half and unfortunately she needs to leave the country to attend to some personal matters. Anws, I called the owner and said about the voucher expiring(i would like to use this voucher) but i cannot schedule within that week cause she’s fully booked. So i asked if she would honor the voucher the next week which is a valid request since she’s fully booked and i was calling a week in advance. So she said that’s totally fine, we booked an appointment for me. but when i got there i showed her the voucher and saw it and said it was expired. i said, i called first and totally said that the voucher will expire in wk but she’s fully booked and so made the appointment the week after. She completely dishonored the voucher, wasted my time by going and waiting there and so i just left her clinic totally disappointed and furious bec. she said the i may have called yes and she have answered but she cannot remember all the arrangement she made for all her customers since she got a lot of customers. Totally furious and would like to tell her more but i think i would be wasting my time so I thought of just writing this review. This happens a while ago already but i only found time to do this review now. In fairness, after a week she did sent me an email saying that she feels bad would like me to come in. I did not return there and would not return cause i’m cautious that i may not get a better treatment, who knows. BTW, the voucher is $ 49 each(plus tax and tip, i always tip!)

I don’t agree. I tried her microdermabrasion and IPL photorejuvenatin facial about half year ago. Apparently she is a new aestician. I have done facials hundreds times so when an aestician does facials on my skin, I can tell how much experience she has right away. I would say, by the time I tried her, I bet she has at most two year experience. The microdermabrasion machine she used is apparently a cheap model. The tip is not strong enough. After the macrofacial, I did not notice any differences before and after the facial. Apparently she did not clean up any of my blackheads, acnes. Other facials I have done always showed some differences before and after treatments. The IPL was also the same. She spent about 15 minutes to laser my face. She tried her best to target every small area. However, since her machine is not a good model, the result was also unimpressive. There was one more thing I want to say. Her website used to advertise people would get a free laser hair removal session of a small area if you signed up for their email newsletters. However, when I asked her about that while I did the facial, she ignore what I said. After the facial, she asked me to get dressed. She did not do the laser hair removel treatment for me. Also, her attitude changed a lot when I asked her for the trial session.
