Incendio is the closest pasta delivery to my studio, so I order from them reasonably often. The quality and quantity has definitely gone down in the last year. I was unimpressed with everything I ordered tonight. $ 5 for five pieces of soggy bread with $ 60 worth of mediocre pasta that barely fed three. I considered ordering an $ 11 ceasar salad but the person who took my order told me it would only feed one person as an appetizer. I’m glad she was honest. Maybe it’s better for dine in, but I can’t recommend delivery.

First time visiting Incendio. It was great! The server continuously topped up our drinks. The carnivore pizza and bolognese pasta we ordered were delicious! Definitely recommend this place. Only bad thing is trying to read the menu. It was dark out and the lighting inside is super dim.

I’ve eaten at this place a few times over the years, but this most recent time will be my last. I ordered my pasta, and when it arrived it had a large nasty black hair in it. Very unappetizing. When I let the waiter know about it, I was told that I would get 50% off of a dessert if I chose to order one. lame. Will not return.

I have missed my Kitzilano Pizza from INCENDIO for over 4 years now. I can not find any pizza anywhere in Toronto or Puerto Vallarta that even comes close to INCENDIO. The best pizza I have every eaten.

Horrible. Simply horrible. Hard to do pizza wrong but this place manages it. The Pesto seafood pasta was actually inedible. We were wondering why there was a free table on the corner outside on a beautiful day and now we know. Between the passing junkies and the horrible food this was hands-down our worst eating experience in Canada

Live right above this place for about a year and finally tried it. Had the lasagne, was quite good and prepared classically. I also had the pizza, this is where the food fell flat, literally. The ingredients were of good quality and flavour was decent. That being said the pizza dough was flat and soggy. Pizza dough can be thin, but should still be both crispy and chewy on the edge. Also I would suggest putting the raw onions on top, not under the cheese. Stone ovens cook fast due to the high heat. Putting them on top would cook and caramelize them slightly, in this situation they were raw. I would still recommend this place, but I think they need to keep dough fresher and perhaps adjust how the pizza is built.

We popped into Incendio while in Gastown at about 9pm on a Saturday — wasn’t busy, and service was quick. We ordered a large primavera pizza with a thin crust and it was delicious. I ordered a lasagna all to myself and it was really really good! You really god that full tomato flavour and lots of ooey gooey cheese! The only drawback — there’s a bunch of homeless people that hang out nearby so it doesn’t smell very good, and some of the dishware wasn’t clean.

Low key local restaurant. Good woodfired pizza options. Pasta offerings.

Don’t eat here. Like other reviewers I came across this place because the wait time was too long at the restaurant around the corner and we needed to get to a show on time. The service was nice, nothing exceptional. The food was utter crap! My husband had the meatballs, small, tasteless. I had the pasta with clams. #1. «Linguini is supposed to be served with clams, not Fettuccine! No fresh parsley or Parmesan was on my dish either. #2. The portion sizes are small(which in a way is fine since you won’t end up eating your food because it’s bad) #3. $ 10 for a glass of BC wine!!? Wtf. This place is waaaaaaay way overpriced! Our check for a quick bite with two beers and two glasses of wine was $ 90. I’m certain they use prepackaged foods and low quality ingredients. Don’t waste your time.

Went for the 1st time in December! Not bad food! Had the seafood pene. Felt that the dishes were overpriced and the service to be lacking might give it another go again soon …

Ordered 3 times from this pizzeria it is delicious ! Delivery man and the waitress who answers the phone are super nice. The pizza is soooooooo good and it doesn’t bloat you up. You can taste how fresh it is. All their pizzas are thin crust which is amazing !! The pizza here is the best pizza I have ever had literally amazing !!!

Lots of space tonight. Not busy at all. Food was good, however with no one in the restaurant its funny that they can mess up the order… It was still yummy!

Portions are gigantic, food quality mediocre. But the service BLOWS. Took almost an hour to get hour entrée after waiting 45min for an appetizer. I do not recommend this place as a first choice, though it is an ok backup.

Just ate here this evening… Back drop was very nice… Sat outside. Ordered lasagna and calamari along with a glass of champagne… The waitress dumped the whole glass of champagne all over me and did apologize. It sort of ruined my vibe however. And when she mistook me as a «SIR» when I AM clearly of the female gender(extremely feminine in every way) shows she could care less about how my experience was there. I was shocked to see that after I was completed doused with the drink she still charged me for the champagne. Would have been a nice gesture to not charge me since I was sticky, and bees swarmed me all night as I ate. Cute place, food was well prepared, but I wouldn’t come back after how I was treated.

Been here couple of times. First time experience was pretty good, this time we recently did takeout pizza. So disappointing. The topping was so sparse it was basically ordering a sauce and cheese pizza… Don’t know why they felt the need to skim out on the toppings. For a large pizza, the chorizo didn’t even make it to all the slices… Will not be visiting this place for pizza for awhile, which is unfortunate since there aren’t too many pizza places in gastown except nicli, which is amazing just overpriced. Value 3⁄5 Atmosphere 3⁄5 Service 3⁄5 Quality 2⁄5 went downhill 11⁄20

You guys. I had a hard time to find you. Columbia Street… I was like a lost puppy on Water St and it was raining cats and dogs… But I was amazed by the spaghetti meatball.Delicious. Highly recommended… By me: CALZONE. You can turned any pizza into a CALZONE… Their pizza is Nom Nom Nom. AMAZINGCUSTOMERSERVICE. For real. I am feeling like in a 5 stars restaurant over there. Always. Barely happen. Awesome.

We were walking around in Gastown on Saturday, trying to find a place for dinner. We came upon Incendio, and were intrigued by the«Italian soul food» slogan on their sign. We approached the front door, wanting to check out the menu. The driver waiting outside told us the food is great, so we got a table. I guess it was still early enough in the evening that we got a table right away. The inside of the restaurant is nicely lit without being too bright or too dark. And the surrounding is clean and orderly. We were helped right away by our server. We ordered the antipasto plate, a 12″ Gastown pizza, and the cioppino. The antipasto plate was loaded with so much goodies. And the Gastown pizza was fragrant and the gorgonzola cheese was just perfectly melted and gooey. I really enjoyed the cioppino the most, as I love seafood. The seafood was abundant, and the flavoring was on-point, not too salty and overwhelming. We enjoyed the great service, ambience and food. And we will definitely recommend this restaurant and come back for more treats.

This place was solid. We were spending one night in Vancouver before leaving on a cruise the next day and were looking for something casual to eat. We’d arrived earlier in the day on an Amtrak from Seattle and had pretty much been going nonstop. «The concierge» at our hotel recommended this place. My parents have some weird thing with eating pizza on Friday nights and it was Friday night so I guess they just HAD to find a pizza place in Vancouver. So they ordered pizza, I ordered the soup of the day which was some DELICOUS creamy garlic onion something or other(my digestive system was not as forgiving the next morning, stay tuned for that part) and the appetizer portion of the whole wheat gnocchi. My parents and sister just split a pizza which I did not try. Anyway, my soup was sooooo good. I ate it all. The gnocchi wasn’t bad. Kind of different, but not bad. I didn’t finish it because the soup had filled quite a large portion of my stomach. Service was very friendly. We were tourists on this lovely evening, so we were overall in a happier place. Everything tastes better when you’re in a good mood and on vacation. So we brought the pizza leftovers back to the hotel which provided a light lunch the following day. I was so rudely awakened early the next morning(about 6:30am) by that awful gurgling stomach. The kind when you know what’s going to happen and you just dread it so much but there ain’t a damn thing you can do to stop it. Mind you, it’s so much more fun in a hotel room with your parents and sister whom you only see a couple of times a year. Praise ye gods I didn’t wake them up because that would’ve left quite the lasting impression on them. Honestly, I have no idea how I was able to pull that off. My mother has IBS(I’m pretty sure) and onions really do it to her so I wonder if the same goes for me.
