I work in the building, so for convenience on cold, rainy days, sometimes I visit Freshii. The frequency of my visits have decreased over the year, and today will be my final visit. From the start, the food was good for a «fast-food» type place, service was friendly, food made quickly and relatively well priced for what you get. During the year, staff has turned over at a minimum of 6 times, I am convinced it turned over 3 times in October alone. This has resulted in no one knowing what they are doing behind the counter, orders taking 20+ minutes from time of ordering to receiving. Most of the time, the order is incorrect and needs to be re-made. I visit in off-hours(before 11:30am or after 1:00pm). Today I arrived and there was 2 other people waiting for their order. I ordered my wrap(smokehouse, which despite all the issues behind the counter, is usually made correctly and tasty. It contains rice, red onion, black beans, corn, spicy yogurt sauce(the best part), tomatoes and aged cheddar, which is to melt while on the grill). I got my order within 5 minutes of ordering(impressive for this location) only to get back to my office to realize the wrap is mostly cold, stale brown rice, no black beans and no sauce. The wrap was not warm and I could tell the rice was old, likely from Friday or Saturday, being it Monday afternoon. I have met the manager of this location(who re-made a wrap for me one day when yet another new employee got it wrong) and she seems blind to the fact that her staff is not well trained. During today’s final visit, there was another man behind the counter that looked as though he might be a manager, but I’ not sure, I am hopeful that perhaps he is and is there to make a positive change. I’m not sure if each location in independently owned or all under the same direction, but this location needs serious attention and incentives to keep staff. Whatever the reason for the constant staff turnover, it needs to be addressed and fast, since each turnover leads to worse quality and more confusion. For now, I guess on cold days I don’t have lunch I’ll head over to Sushi Q(which is great!) or get some cold feed and walk up to Robson.

Cold Buddha bowl — not bad. Sauce overwhelming and veggies cold. Heat up the bowl! Underwhelming.

This particular location is a complete fail. Staff is untrained in comparison to other Freshii experiences. Portions are half the size. The food does not taste as good as other locations. No one knows what they are doing behind the counter, they are in need of some Freshii Head Office training. I thought I’d give this location a 3rd chance. I waited for 20 minutes to be told they haven’t made my order yet. Apparently brown rice wasn’t ready?! It was 1:00pm… I just asked for a refund and went to Steamrollers.

The worst place I’ve ever ate at. Ordered the pangoa bowl and added chicken(look amazing on the menu), but actually got what seems like rice and 1 tbsp of corn, beans, and some mushy avocado. Super disappointing and a complete rip off. My friend got the Buddha satay wrap, which was pretty much wrapped quinoa only. She asked if there was avocado inside like it was supposed to and the guy had the guts to say yes; we unwrapped it to check and there was no avocado at all. For a place that charges around $ 20 for a balanced meal, we were incredibly upset with the actual food and service. The menu pictures are far from the realities at freshiii.

If you go, get the Buddah Bowl, definitely the best thing on the menu, I’ve ordered multi things from here and have been let down. I tried the terikayi bowl and I paid extra for cilantro and chicken which didn’t seem to be any of. Also the rice was way under cooked and definitely need more sauce. Play it safe, get the Buddah. Oct 6, 2015 I’m adding to this review and marking it down. I went in the other day and it gave it one more chance, I even ordered the Buddah Bowl. It wasn’t very warm and the noodles weren’t cooked. I told the lady, who was nice about it, but essentially they just tried reheating the bowl which still wasn’t very warm and noodles still weren’t cooked. Will not be going back there again.

Buddha satay with chicken, teriyaki chicken bowl, wraps. That’s what we ordered and each and every item was dry, tasteless and essentially disappointingly expensive food! Not ordering from here again, that’s for sure!

Expensive for what you get. So far I have had the Carrot Detox and the Freshii smoothie as well as the apple cinnamon oatmeal. All were honestly not good. I couldn’t finish any of it completely. I also think it’s silly that they don’t offer anything except breakfast in the morning. I wanted to order something to take for lunch and was told I couldn’t order it under after 11 or 12.

I hate leaving bad reviews… But this place was totally unacceptable when I tried it. Very disappointed with this«healthy» food establishment… They sell juices, smoothies, and healthy bowls, burritos, wraps etc. Besides the juicer being broken which may be beyond their control, they can control the quality of food they prepare. I ordered the Pangoa, which is supposed to be brown rice corn, lime, cilantro, black beans, avocado and bbq sauce. Sounds amazing right? I even added chicken. This dish is actually pictured on their menu hanging from the ceiling. You would think if I ordered that, it would look somewhat like this picture. But it looked nothing like that at all. They pretty much gave me 2.5 cooked cups of brown rice, and A TEASPOON, not a tablespoon, A TEASPOON size of each ingredient listed above. Which really is only corn, black beans and avocado. Because a lime is just juice, bbq is just sauce, and cilantro is just garnish. And a teaspoon of chicken is literally like 1 bite. And for a place to be called freshii, I was shocked when I tried the avocado. It tasted like it had preservatives, as if it was carbonated. Pretty bad false advertisement. I mean, I don’t expect the food to come out looking perfect like the picture, but it was such a big difference in quality & presentation. See my pics as proof. Sad this place didn’t work out for me.

Tried the Market Salad. It’s a decent size bowl of greens and fixings such as beets, craisins, and avocado. It also has a generous helping of quinoa. Enough that I felt like I had a proper meal. I was a little put off by the appearance of the salad. I had it tossed together and the beets coloured everything an unappetizing pink/purple colour. The honey mustard dressing was hardly noticeable which was good. I don’t like my greens swimming in sauce. However it did leave an edgy dijon taste that I could have done without, but that’s my own personal preference. For the $ 10 I spent on this, I was impressed with the portion of quinoa, but not blown away by the overall taste. I probably won’t get this particular salad again but am willing to try something else on the menu.

Messed up our order, overpriced and bland; we will probably not be back, which is a shame since I live across the street. The girl taking our order was visibly flustered(overwhelmed trying to enter the order into the computer — training?) and she apparently didn’t include the chicken I requested with my Buddha’s Satay noodle dish. When they brought it to me, they informed me that they’d run out of wontons, and gave me a hard time about including some extra veggies to replace. The chicken they finally included was bland — basically grade b unflavored. The peanut flavor was totally inadequate; I was forced to drown my noodles in Siracha to gain any flavor. The smoothie ordered was also bland, uninspired and overpriced. Finally, the Cobb salad was decent enough to merit two stars, but for the price it’s too small. I think the highlight of the experience was the free pastry sample given out by their Juan de Fuca coffee shop, and I believe they carry Fresca — my favorite widely available pop. Freshii management — you need to up your game if you are going to compete with Chipotle or Smak.

I work in their building and I go to Freshii at least once a week. Great for people who want to eat healthy and keep a diet. Their salads are great, but a bit pricey. I love the Metaboost and the Market salads. A bit disappointing there is always way more avocado on the picture then in the actual plate. Yes, when I mentioned this, I’ve been offered more, but it’s annoying to do this every time… Looks like they have new hires a bit too often. However, I’ve been offered once a $ 1 off because I’ve been recognized as someone going there often(which I appreciate). I used to love their Southwestern soup(I still do), but lately I get it too boiled and I have to wait 15 minutes to be able to start eating(which I cannot afford in my 30 minutes lunch break). Tried their detox juices 2 – 3 times and it was interesting. A bit pricey as well, for $ 30 a day(4 juices and a salad). But it wasn’t bad, I’ll try it again. …Anyway, what they try to do and offer is interesting, I didn’t want to sound negative because I like the place. There are however things to improve, and I would like them more if they would take notice of this and do it actually.

The food was really good. Fresh and healthy plate. Where I don’t need to feel guilty afterwards.

I recently had lunch here, wouldn’t be rushing back. I had tex-mex burrito which was ok, but was lacking flavor(and cheese) and was given to me room-temp. I also ordered side of falafel which I wouldn’t recommend(I only got 3) and they were not great. That said, they seem to have a big menu and can make custom wraps etc. and the staff were very friendly from my experience. It comes across a little bit like a Pita Pit. Their online ordering option is a nice touch.

Just a notice; it isn’t a VEGETARIAN Restaurant, they do have veggie and vegan options but you need to ask! Location: perfect! I was just expecting something more tasteful. 9 Service: Good and sympathetic… 9 I’ll can back for a healthy breakfast!!!

Good place to grab something quick that’s reasonably healthy. I love their egg pockets in the morning. Some of the salads tend to be a little pricey, but the wraps are filling and decently priced and mostly taste good. Service has always been good for me. Awesome thing about this location is that you can grab a great coffee at Juan De Fuca which their counter is literally side by side with Freshii.

Having just moved the company HQ in a building nearby freshii, I was really hoping to like this place. Among my self and the staff we tried 12 different meals in one week and after I just threw a breakfast burrito and an egg spinach pocket into the trash we can finally say goodbye to this place. Although I see their business team tries to respond to Unilocalers and say they will make a difference, that does not translate into better customer service and certainly not in the quality of their food. Every meal I had, was mediocre and bland. The name suggests fresh food, but when I was served a reheated steak in my food, then I realized its all marketing play and no real love for the food these people are making. That kind of steak is what you get at Subway! No marketing gimmick can substitute a business ran with passion and by people who care. This place has an abundance of the first and none of the latter. They have lost 23 daily clients, and it is not because we did not understand the concept, being a marketing agency we understand it very well, there was just very little to appreciate at this establishment.

In this area, was expecting to pay easily more than $ 7 for their Greek yogurt: but was just $ 3.98 before taxes, with fresh strawberries, apples, granola, cranberries, walnuts, pecans, & i emphasize, lots and lots of these toppings, no cheaping out here. Plus drizzled w/honey & how can this not be yummy?! Modern, fresh, new décor, lots of white & very inviting. highly recommend for the health purists, they even have an informative board w/the super foods. Just can’t wait til their smoothies menu comes out soon…

Freshii is supposed to be, well, fresh. Time to see what it’s all about. Parking here doesn’t really exist, unless you like wasting your hard-earned cash on the meters. The interior looks fairly clean and modern. The guy behind the counter was stylin’, with his suit and all. The ordering method is a bit funky for the uninitiated. You fill out what you want on a small laminated sheet. Understanding the pricing is a bit tricky, so be sure to ask lots of questions. I had the kale salad with lemongrass dressing, with chickpeas, tomatoes, beets, and mushrooms. Everything looked generally fine, but the mushrooms looked suspiciously shriveled up. In any case, I didn’t drop dead, so it’s all good. The presentation is definitely nice, with a nice fluffy clear square box. The containers and utensils are also biodegradeable, so the hipster in you can feel good. Overall the food was pretty good. Other than the mushrooms, the ingredients did indeed taste fresh. The lemongrass sauce seriously kicks, so give it a try. The only downside? Pricing, pricing, pricing. Maybe you get what you pay for, but wow, this salad is on the expensive side, at $ 10 if you add meat. The worst part was that I left hungry. I’ve been told that the other location on Cordova lets you add more than 4 toppings without extra charge, but maybe someone else can verify that.

A simple and healthy to-go sandwich shop for those working in Coal Harbour and the business district in Vancouver. Freshii on Georgia offers healthy breakfast and lunch options with the nutritional information on the menu too — love that! My coworkers and I come here often for quick, to-go, healthy lunch options under $ 8. Some items I frequent: — Cranberry Almond Crunch Oatmeal — Steak, Egg & Cheese — Chicken Terriyaki Twist Bowl: brown rice and vegetables Nutritional Information:
