Foxy Boxing is an hour long workout that incorporates an upbeat, fun workout for Women. My friends and I decided to try something new for a workout so we decided to try boxing. We signed up for the Tuesday class in Kits. The workout started with a fast pace warmup, then we went into a tutorial on proper techniques and form. Then we went into a full body workout session. I was hooked after the first class. Our instructor, Lydia, is amazing and one of the real reasons we come back(now our 5th month and new location). She is patient yet firm and thourough. If you can’t do a move, she gives you another move that is easier, yet still hard. I’ve never sweated so much! I love it. My cardio has increased, my arms feel more toned, and I love the atmosphere! Classes are throughout the week and various locations! I definatley recommend trying this out!
