Wish I could give zero stars. Went to this place few months ago but writing this review now. The pizza slices were stale and I doubt that they use real cheese. I would definitely avoid this place. Your money is better spent else where. The pizza slice is was paper thin and looked crappy. Your food has to be appealing and appetizing. Please avoid.

My girlfriend and I have pizza here for the first time because we had a Groupon. We had the cheese pizza and for the most part the pizza it was very delicious however it was not filling. For the fact that every pizza is about three dollars we did not see value. If you would ever come back here again would only come back with a Groupon that allowed us to get a large pizza for five dollars be at the $ 10 coupon credit included. Tip: if you have a Groupon buys many pizzas if you can. If you don’t have a Groupon and I suggest trying and see if it’s worth value.

This place is a joke. There is no way the actual owner of this place can claim that the pizza they’re serving here has anything to do with the pizza they are advertising on their walls with all the famous faces from New York. What they are serving here is more akin to a thick piece of cardboard with tomato sauce and cheese on it. I have very reasonable expectations for food court pizza, this falls well below that. Save your money and eat somewhere else, I would say you’re better off not eating than eating here. Sad but true.

Like the New York style Pizza and have been to this place in New York… although at this location you have the same person serving you the pizza and handling the money without washing hands in between! Also the comment from another reviewer was spot on… Always seems like they are serving old rewarmed Pizza that was made hours ago and never fresh pizza

Meh. The food is okay, but there are some serious issues that need to be addressed. First, even if you show up at 11am, it seems their pizza’s have already been sitting out for hours. Why on earth don’t you just make them fresh as required? Same with the stromboli’s… it’s like they make everything at 8am then sit out all day and re-heat as needed. The food CAN be good, but I would say most of the time it’s reasonable and old. As well, there is no actual website for this location, and they claim they do Delivery until midnight on a sign at the location, but how one earth are you supposed to order? No menu with prices on the website… no one answers the only phone number I can find? So not only can I not try them for delivery, I can’t even figure out their full menu or prices. What a joke.

Haven’t had the pizzas but they don’t look that appetizing. I have tried all the strombolis. They are decent but not fabulous. The garlic knots are good. Service is ok. It’s a good deal to eat here if you buy the groupon.

It’s usually easy to rate these type of fast food places in food courts, especially when pizza’s sitting there for awhile, that’s fine, good to have product out there when you need it, right… but not at these prices. you can save a few bucks and go over to Little Caesar’s lol. Tried the pepperoni out of curiosity, simply b/c I recall seeing it in states. Just average. Loses a star for its unfriendly customer service. I get it’s a fast food, sorry to be redundant, but you wouldn’t deliberately get off the couch and run to your car to come here lol. but for the folks who work above in the Harbour Centre building, it’s convenient.

I was made to feel like a scammer/crook, I presented a Groupon and because I was offered something other than what was listed and took it, I was made to present my drivers license at the cash register that was recorded along with my full name. Really? How about a friendly«That’s okay, happy to have your business, hope you enjoy your food» routine instead of making me feel about an inch high. The reason the expiry date was recorded BYME on the voucher is because I BUYSOMANY& it helps me keep them organized by date. The voucher was for $ 20, the total should have been under that but I was charged more on top of that, wish I’d asked for a receipt. This was the worst«customer service» experiences I’ve ever had using one of these vouchers, I was so put off by the way I was made to feel that I gave the food away to a street person so I can’t say whether it was good or not, at least someone benefitted.

What is everyone here taking about? The stromboli is something a home economics class would make. It’s just okay. Had the chicken and the pepperoni. Meh. I had two little containers of tomato sauce. When I brought it home one of them look used! I chucked that away. Wasn’t sure where it came from?! I saw the pizza slices and they do not look appetizing. They had scant toppings and you can see most of the dough underneath. I’ve had enough pizza to see that this will be bland like their stromboli. Two stars mean I’m not trying this again. Update: Got a credit back from Groupon for this forgettable food.

Hot. Cheap. Fast. Just what you want during the lunchtime rush. I randomly found this pizzeria in the mall’s food court, craving something bread-based. Famiglia’s didn’t disappoint. The pizza overall was not my favourite. The taste was okay, meat was juicy, but the crust(my favourite part of a good pizza) was hard & bland. The garlic bread rolls, however, brought things to the next level. For $ 6, you receive one slice of pizza, 4 small balled up garlic bread rolls, pizza sauce, and a can of pop. For Vancouver, this is a great deal. I can’t speak for the bread, but the garlic and pizza sauce were very fresh. So if you’re in the lookout for some above-average fast food, this is your place.

In my continuing series, «Review all the new things in my office food court,» this week we’ll feature Famous Famiglia Pizzeria. A franchise of a New York establishment, this place features pizza, stromboli, garlic knots and salads. I will say I have not tried the pizza. And the reason is — well, it doesn’t look very appetizing. It looks like«dollar pizza,» if you know what I mean — super thin, a little bit soggy — the stuff I’d buy on my way home from the bar on a late night in Montréal, back in the day. But it’s not a buck a slice, which makes it far less of an appealing option to me. HOWEVER. The stromboli. OMG, the stromboli. Where have you been all my life, stromboli?! This might be the cousin of the calzone — basically it’s a pizza turnover, filled with cheese and pizza fillings, such as pepperoni, sausage, or chicken and spinach. These little carb-bombs are totally delicious. Add a little Ranch or Creamy Garlic dip on the side — well, it don’t get much better than that. So now my question is — will Famous Famigilia be open the next time I’m stumbling home from a night out??? Because if yes, I’ll take one of those delicious little stromboli to go…
