This is the only falafel joint in our hood. Pretty good value for the area. We always order the falafel and chicken tajin platters, and they’ve always hit the spot. Service has always been very friendly.

I always walk past this place and it has been around for a long time but I have never been until just a few days ago. It is pretty good. You get your food really quickly and they have vegetarian options.

Delicious chicken shwarma(delicious everything), in a very bare-bones environment(I just take out, I’ve never seen anyone eating there), uncomfortably hot(I really feel for the staff!) at reasonable prices.

I visit Falafully Good for lunch every week. There are a lot of good choices on the menu and each one of them is delicious. I get the chicken shawarma meal most often, but I also get the falafel a lot. Every lunch meal is $ 10 and they also have wraps, plus lots of sides and drink options. The servers there are always very friendly and they gets your food ready very quick. I take my lunches to go, since I only live a couple of blocks away, but the restaurant is a very nice space. it has a simple design but it’s very comfortable, and there is a small patio for the summer months. It’s great to have a place as good as Falafully Good so close to home! I recommend it to everyone who liked Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food!

I love this place. Food is great. Employees are friendly and it draws in the local community from the neighborhood. And you can’t beat two shwarma wraps and a pitcher of local craft beer for 20.99

This place is hovering in that 3 – 4 four star area so they overall grease seems bang on. Ordered the chicken Tajin and had high hopes because of the delicious aroma coming from the kitchen. The Tajin didn’t live up the the menu description or any Tajin I have made at home. It was just chicken, potatoes and some peas in a fairly bland sauce. Plus my chicken was dry. I will be back to try some other more standard fare and I’m really hoping I can bump them up to a four.

My wife and I eat here all the time. We love it. The past two times have been different. I think they hired new staff. Last time the lady in front of me complained about raw chicken. Tonight our meal wasn’t raw but cold and dry. We also ordered out favourite. The hummus and pita for an appetizer. Usually they give us at least 4 pitas. Tonight we got one! How can you expect to eat hummus and pita with your family with one pita? They also forgot to put the honey on which makes the hummus appetizer the best around! The old staff(two ladies) did the best job ever. I will keep coming back here because I love it. Next time it will depend on who is working though.

this place is fast, clean, and the food is great. The service here is also very friendly. My favorite is the chicken tajin with a pale ale. Its a great place to be!

Very fast and fresh, tasted like heaven. I tried the falafel and lamb combo for lunch and it was a great mix of flavors and textures, I am coming back again! They have beer here, some platters, appetizers and the place is a lot cleaner than most falafel-esque places.

I always get the chicken shawarma plate and it’s always super huge and delicious. I’ve had the same meal around Vancouver but every time I do, I regret that I didn’t just wait until I could head back here to satisfy my craving. Service isn’t super friendly but it’s quick and efficient. Maybe avoid the baklava, it’s a bit too dry.

First time coming here but I’ve lived in the ‘hood for nearly 3 years. A damn shame I didn’t find this gem beforehand. It’s like Falafel King(on Denman), only with a bit better quality ingredients, and naturally a higher price. Don’t get me wrong, the value is there, it’s just a bit more than your typical Mediterranean/Middle Eastern joint. So park your value expectations for the food at the door and you’ll be alright. Chicken schwarma was delicious, nice and tender with a multitude of flavours all coming together nicely. Special mention to the tabouli salad — nice and fresh with the parsley not taking over the dish. Humus was awesome. They only give ½ a pita which is a shame, but I’m sure you could get the other half with a little extra effort to talk to the staff, who are friendly and helpful. To top it all off they have a few Lighthouse brews on tap for $ 4. Getting a pint of Race Rocks on tap for under $ 5 is simply amazing, and took this review from 4 stars to 5. Will definitely be back.

Very tasty, but some is not their own(store-bought pita). Still recommended. Good prices.

Solid three stars. It’s above average in some ways, below in others. The wraps have fresh veggies, but maybe lack a little extra meat or falafel depending on which you get. The hip hop music today isn’t kid-friendly, but it’s no big deal. Great taste and spice in the wraps. I wouldn’t drive across town to go here, but popping in is decent enough. Question on the day: Why, WHY, do some restaurants put TVs in and then show talk television with no closed captioning? It makes no sense. Turn it off and cut the prices 2 cents as you save on electricity.

Falafully awfully. Three tiny pieces of beef in my wrap? I should have checked Unilocal before going to this joint. Boo.

I eat here often; partially because it’s so close to my house and the appeal of eating moderately warm food in my bed is overwhelming, and partially because their portions are a plenty. I was doing the whole shawarma wrap thing until my greedy eyes realized that a plate is relatively the same price and there’s so much more food. So. Much. More. Overall, it’s your typical falafel place. I like that they fry their falafel when they’re ordered and the rice nestled so preciously under the chicken is so good. Their tahini-garlic hybrid sauce is pretty delicious and I always get extra extra extra of it when I get a plate. There are things I would like to see change on the menu as it is rather limited(mostly I just want them to have Halifax-style donair sauce to slather on everything), but overall this is a pretty good place, especially if you eat your feelings like I do which means BIGPORTIONS A MUST!

Solid three stars. Would probably be a 4 to me but the service was poor/weird. The girl at the counter didn’t seem to know what she was doing and I’ve never had such a tough time placing an order somewhere.(they missed the second half of my order, among other things) Anyway once I go through the service and got to the actual meal the food was quite good and I liked it a lot. Chicken Shararma, falaful, and hummus is always my go to in these types of establishments and Falafully Good disappointed in none of these.

When I’m lazy and starving, I skip over here to get my chicken shawarma on. Usually decent, the chicken is moist and bountiful. If you order the plate version they sometimes pile a ton of chicken on. This is the 1st shawarma/falafel place that never asks me what toppings I want in my wrap. Wrong indeed. I guess they went with the McD model instead of Subway. For those beer lovers, they have a donair+beer special for $ 9. With a garage door opening and a patio, this ‘aint a bad place to be on a summer night.

Falafully Good is gawdawfully bad. You can always tell when I have transported a shawarma in my car because 24 hours later the car still smells like a souk in Istanbul. I was anticipating trouble when I was halfway home from Falafully Good and was wondering if I had even remembered to put the shawarma in the car because there was no odor once so ever. And no, it hadn’t been hermetically sealed, it was in a loose foil and paper wrapper. Once home, the complete lack of odor was realized by a complete lack of spice and flavor. I did not think it was possible to make Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food so utterly bland. I thought I saw the fellow assembling my shawarma put on hummus, tahini, garlic sauce and hot sauce but the only recognizable evidence was the texture of the hummus. I had no need to pop a few Altoids after eating this! I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I figure that it is located so close to VGH that they must be doing an homage to hospital food.

Winners: chicken shawarma is full of perfectly marinated chicken — goodness it’s like they deboned half a chicken to make each one. The disadvantage is that the chicken tends to be a bit fatty. Hummus is great. Lamb shank dinner is superbly tender, falling-off-the-bone, and comes with a variety of side dishes. This place is consistently good and a cheap neighbourhood spot.

Skip the falafel. It’s dry and not too fresh tasting. Even a not too course and nutty for my liking. But the shawarma is soooo yummy. Top notch. I’m so glad this is in the neighbourhood. U won’t find medditerraneanbfood for another good 20 minute walk so I appreciate that’s it’s here. Is it the best medditerranean food? Certainly not. Is it good and will I come back? Hells yeah
