I had a chicken donair here and I wasn’t really feeling it. My wife had a lamb one and it was really good. Obviously I must have mad a mistake. I’ll have to try again next time. Service was super friendly… next time in in the area I’ll try them again. This is also really inexpensive if you’re on a budget.

Great food, Great service, really hit the spot! Donair was able to accommodate my party of 5 with all the picky orders and limited seating. Thank you so much!

Love this place food is really good and is pretty cheap for donair the owner is very polite to me and since we’re Kurdish he usually talks to me about where my family is from while making my food probably the first good donair place I’ve been to

Pretty darn delicious, if you ask me… The only thing I would say is maybe a tiny bit less sauce but otherwise this place deeeeeeelish! I’m visiting from outta town and it’s nice to have something a little different from the endless noodle, ramen and dumpling restaurants on Robson. If you like Mediterranean, peep this place on the double!

Holy moly! I had a chicken donair from this hole in the wall today and it was effing amazing! I was walking down Robson street and once I got close to this place I could smell the seasoned meat from the sidewalk. I let my nose do the navigating after that and I’m glad I did! I had the Super Chicken + Mushroom donair and it came to me LOADED with meat! I’m the kind of person who looks for places that gives you a good helping of meat and this place delivers! I don’t think I paid $ 10 for it and I’m still full from roughly 4hrs ago. This place is a must try if you’re hungry and in the area. The only issue I had, which is not a big deal or will take any stars off the review, was that it was a bit salty for my taste. I’m pretty sensitive to salt(taste wise not health wise) and not a fan of the«salt sting» in your mouth. I will definitely eat here again. I want to try the beef donair next! Thank you for a cheap, delicious lunch/dinner!

If you’re craving a donair, this is the place to go! I really liked the chicken donair kabob platter. You can customize with different toppings and sauces. The chicken is juicy and flavorful. I really like the hot sauce and white sauce they put on top. The rice is really good too. It sort of reminded me of the chicken carts in NYC, but I thought this was even better!

Fast service and great food. Portion was big. So glad that owner didn’t charge me extra on Tabouleh(parsley salad) and donair was so delicious. Had to wait for fries, but totally worth waiting for. Their fries were fresh and crispy which reminded me of Costco fries. So delicious and inexpensive. Get your stamp card and collect 9 stamps for a free food.

Oh boy. This was absolutely delicious. Like the kebabs I remember on a drunken Saturday night walking home from the dancing. It was superb. I highly recommend. They don’t skimp on ingredients either.

Don’t go here if you expect safe food handling practices. The Chinese lady that works there never washed hands, and was handling food after touching cash. As a result, I had the most severe food poisoning which sent me to the hospital for a couple of days. Will never be coming back

Simple and fast these Donair(doner) hit the spot. I had mine as the meal special for $ 8.50(Now $ 1 more for a Beef donair, fries, and soda) and had the fries with the garlic sauce. This was blissful, simple, and cheap. I like my doner with more paprika so felt the meet was too close to Greek Gyro in flavor. But, fast, fresh, and yummy it was.

Fantastic donairs here. There are many positives compare to other donair shops out there. First, the portions are good, they don’t give you tiny pieces of meat and fill the rest with lettuce(ehm ehm babylon café/donair dude). Also there is an option of customizing donairs with fried onion, mushrooms, and various sauces. The sauces are all home made and pretty tasty. Add friendly owner and reasonable prices to all of these, and it makes it a 5 star Donair shop.

Price is right, food is great and filling. The guy who owns it is a kind-hearted man just trying to live the dream. Thinking about their donairs has my tummy grumbling.

Very good. Stopped by here for lunch after exploring Stanley Park. Owner was a super nice guy. The shawarma was very good. We were glad to see that it comes off a pit. Also got some poutine which wasn’t so good. It had feta cheese on it instead of cheese curds, which was a bit off-putting. Kind of a tiny place so seating could be an issue. Prices were fair and the portion was solid. Would come back.

Yummy food! We went here twice for the great sandwiches. Very filling and well prepared. I loved having the choices of different toppings & sauces(ie chicken with Greek, Hawaiian, or Mushroom sauces). Oh, and the Felafel is really really good here. Highly suggest trying it at least once(we had ours with the Greek sauces & toppings).

After being rejected from the ramen restaurant around the corner, I walked in and was quickly excited at the enthusiasm of the owner who helped plate my delicious dinner. The falafel plate was delicious. The rice was nicely cooked, light and a little flavorful. The salad was simple, the hummus was well made and creamy and the topper — the falafels were lightly crisp and very unique. Didn’t have the grainy taste I am used to in California, was a nice texture, very flavorful and left me wanting a lot more. In fact, I devoured the entire take out box in 15 minutes because it was phenomenal. I asked the owner how he made the falafels and he happily told me — over 15 ingredients oh my. That is some love in those falafels! I could have eaten here many more times on my trip if it were closer to my hotel. Wish they sold these falafels in California!

By far the best Donair in Vancouver. I use to go to donair town at SFU all the time and after when I lived in downtown I was happily surprised when I saw they opened up Donair Town right next door. The owner Arash is super friendly. You need to try the Chicken Platter Donair with sweet sauce and pineapples with tabouli as your salad.

High ratings considering I haven’t eaten here yet but a little birdie told me that unlike the donair spot down the block on the other side, this one makes their own sauces fresh, instead of pre-made and bought from cans, i suppose. but the main kicker is their chicken, is marinated by themselves; the beef ‘block’ is actually brought in elsewhere, which is the case for most of these donair places. Extra star b/c of its upstairs loft seating for some good view ;) nice there’s metered parking even during rush hour. not cheap though lol

My Donair exposure is limited, but I know I like Shawarmas. They’re almost the same thing, non? But hey, if it’s tasty, it’s tasty! And I think the Beef Donairs served at this nook is TASTY! I cannot confirm that Donair meats always come in sliced meatloaf form, but these certainly do! A delicious meatloaf it is. The Garlic and Tzatziki sauce complimented the seasoning in the meat perfectly! The people are friendly and the helping is definitely generous. What I really like about this place is the fair pricing. A regular Beef Donair costs $ 4.99. The«special» ones are $ 5.99. Chicken costs the same. Lamb is slightly more expensive — $ 6.99 for a regular and $ 7.99 for the«specials». It’s a nice change from a Subway $ 5 foot long. I can confirm that this is pretty healthy too. So, eat up! There’s a daily lunch special: $ 7.50 for Beef Donair, fries and soda. It’s on everyday. I cannot speak for the fries. I’m glad I took a leap of faith and tried Donair Town because now, I have another lunch place in my neighbourhood!
