I started a little late on the ring but I am glad I found Diamond Deals right away. The prices are competitive and I’ve always done my homework and research. I strongly believe that Diamond deals, is one of the better places to shop.
I primarily dealt with Sandy and she was amazing, very helpful and tentative. Once Sandy got an idea of what we wanted, she was quick and got the ring done. The fiancé (luckily now) loves her ring and we (or I) will be going back in the future to her. A+ for all the non-​biased advice and the honesty. I feel, in today’s competitive world, I’d rather have some honest and genuine advice, rather than someone trying to up sell their products. In Sandy’s case, I defiantly felt the genuine care and they’ve defiantly won my business for the future.

I went to Diamond Deals after visiting a few other diamond brokers in Vancouver. I dealt with Major Olk and found him to be very friendly and professional. He brought in 3 diamonds for me to look at so I could choose the one I liked best. No other brokers offered to do that. I found the perfect diamond at the best price! They even do custom work, which they did for me, and the ring was perfect, exactly like the picture I brought in. I highly recommend Diamond Deals to anyone looking for any kind of diamond jewelry as they have the best prices I have seen and great customer service too. I have already recommended all of my family and friends.

Both Major and Sandy were friendly and helped me pick a ring within my parameters/​budget, and weren’t pushy either way. I didn’t feel the same ‘hovering’ that I felt at a mall-​diamond retailer — I got ambushed everywhere else I went. Here, we set an appointment and had a conversation about what I had in mind (rather than being sold right off the bat). Super easy. The downtown location was small but convenient — the surrey location less so for me, but at had more selection and at least you had options.
After the purchase, they assisted us with choosing and designing a new setting over a couple visits. We made some last minute revisions and Sandy was able to accommodate without batting an eye. Completely professional and friendly, I would recommend them to friends and family.

I have been purchasing diamonds from Sandy for several years, never have had any problems. They have really competitive prices but also provide custom work so my engagement ring was unique. I had to get my ring resized twice before it would fit. Sandy was really patient and service has been impeccable.
I have referred a number of friends and they have all said the prices are better than other places and you end up with a quality diamond.
